He puts illegal tint on vehicles, and after I had to pay him to remove it, he damaged my brand new cars rear window defroster!!! So not only did I have to pay him to put tint on, plus pay him to remove it, I had to pay another professional to put legal tint on my car and now I'm going to have to pay to have the rear window replaced!!! We had tinting done on two cars! We got in one car a few hours later and noticed the scratches on the front windows! Requested Juan to come back out and correct the tinting! They did a great job on my car. Took a bit over an hour, and they had to remove my bike rack and window cowl first. They put everything back perfectly. I'm still in the 'Don't roll down the windows for 2-3 days' phase, but the windows look fantastic. They even put a little sticker to remind me not to lower the windows. Scheduled an appointment two days in advance. I changed my entire schedule around for the appointment at 1230pm. I called them at 1245 and they said they were running behind and they would be there around 230. I called them at 300 and they said they were out of tint. Yes that is right they were out of tint. I rescheduled for Friday at 230, when I called Friday at 1pm just to make sure they would actually be coming out they said they could not make it out today.
