Parents could chat amongst themselves while still keeping an eye on the kids. Attendants were also on each area as an extra set of eyes which was just what I needed, specially for my 9 year old autistic son. One of the attendants, Lola, went above and beyond by also helping my 2 year old feel included since she was too small to get on any of the play areas by herself. Lola helped guide her and made sure she had a great time. Spider-Man and the girls in the DJ booth also were so lovely and sweet! They paid attention to every child, and again, included my tiny 2 year old who could easily be missed around so many other kids. The play areas were clean and well attended. The party room was spacious and the decoration looked wonderful. Again, the attendants made sure everyone was taken care of. The food was also delicious and plentiful! We all left so tired but also really happy with the entire experience. Can't wait to go back!

He came in looking like a slob in a faded black T-shirt and wasn't very friendly. When we approached him with a box full of light-up toys to hand out, he said, "Leave them there [indicating the stage/platform] and I'll take care of it." He never handed them out. He never did anything to engage the crowd, such as announcing some of the #1 hits from our high school years. We we called to give feedback to Party Harty they were rude and dismissive and told us we got what we paid for. We paid $1,300 and we certainly did not get our money's worth. We would have been better off bringing in a CD player or just streaming a 70s station ourselves. I will never recommend or use them again!

No matter whether our criticisms were valid to Party Hardy, never did I expect them to be so crude and disrespectful. All that glitters is not gold and the ownership and management of this company is just plain dreadful.

I recently had the pleasure of working with them for 2 recent wishes to have a sweet 16. Jason and his team went above and beyond to fulfill what our wish kids were looking for and maximizing our budget. They were creative, flexible, responsive, warm, so easy to work with, they answered all of my million questions leading up to - and even during - the events. One of our kiddos dreamed of a dessert table, and the desserts they provided were incredible and a huge hit. Our other kiddo wanted food stations with a variety for their guests to choose from. Jason and his team were happy to assist in any and every way, even with super last-minute changes - including changes DURING one of the events. Mario served as a mocktail bartender for both of our wishes. He was absolutely amazing. He was so great with the kids and happy to help, and he even stayed later than planned just to make our wish kid happy. The mocktail bar was an enormous hit at both parties.
