I am sorry that I can't go over each type of food tbat we ate but I will tell you that everything was extremely tasty and well prepared. I wish I could get happier about buffet lines, but I'm just not a fan. It's all about the way you call the tables up to get their food and there is no easy way unless you go table by table. This place is not your standard "Knights of Columbus" hall that I have become used to seeing, this is one big hall. The team here is extremely professional and caring about their guests. The maitre'd is extremely cordial and has helped me a number of times positioning my equipment.
