When AJ came out originally he didn't go into the crawl space to assess the potential leaking with shower tiles, but he identified our simple repair (or so we originally thought) actually has much more needing to be assessed for water damage. He ended up recommending a water damage mitigation company to come in and strip everything down that's been damaged, rather than just putting a bandaid on a larger issue. Very professional. They made an appointment to get right out for the estimate and I had a written estimate within a day! It was very detailed and accurate as to what I should expect. I did receive 3 estimates and this was in the middle. I think based on the outcome it was a great value! One issue they do need to address is communication. From the office to the workers. No one wants to confirm when or if they are coming and it will be up to the customer to call and confirm times. If they had communicated better they would have gotten 5 stars. That said they always did show when scheduled just late at times. (I'm a bit anal, lol) The paint job exceeded my expectation! The crew could not have been nicer and a pleasure to have around. They were respectful of my home and property and cleaned up very well after themselves. Following completion they sent out an "Inspector" to go over the work they had done!
