I had saved the original boxes the trampoline came in and used them for when I moved back to Indiana from Arizona. The original company where I bought it was Tree Frogs Playground Equipment and they had taken it apart for me and put it back into those original boxes. Recreation Unlimited had no trouble reassembling the trampoline and finished in record time. They were no issues after assembly was completed. I am 100% satisfied and would recommend them and use them myself again.

I do not recommend doing business at Recreation Unlimited with Lilliana, the Sales manager who clearly knew they were in the wrong by trying to offer me a settlement, the Service manager who seems to be woefully misinformed about Cal Spas warranties & parts, as well as Kyle in the Customer Service department who failed to convince this "leadership" that I wouldn't be including him by name in this review if I didn't end up receiving a full refund. Perfectly calm and friendly people, who completely misunderstand what customer service means. Simply put for context: I ordered the FIL75-5D145H2OE-4 filter. What I received was a tampered-with delivery full of used Nespresso pod garbage. I contact them, they ship out the filter again, no issue. The filter I receive is NOT a direct replacement for my OEM filter, despite their own product page listing it as such. Even the URL of the product page indicates the part number incorrectly. Cal Spas confirms, by serial number, that it does not apply to my tub, nor does that part even exist in their system. It's not even the same outer diameter. I note this to Rec Unlimited and the Service manager suggests that I, "just try it out." Of course I choose not to because I'm not going to void my warranty or potentially destroy my tub's plumbing from a fake product, but it was clear at this point that there is either an outright ignorance when it comes to the products this retailer sells or they just simply won't care about your experience with them. What they did offer: A partial refund where I would have to cover the shipping costs. So not only did they realize they had fault and offered this concession, but further insulted me by requesting the shipping fees that they wouldn't have incurred had they just simply not made this mistake in the first place. Now, you've not only admitted you were wrong, but you have a chargeback coming your way too. I'm very much looking forward to the response that I will get from them here in this review. Because if it's anything other than, "We're sorry. We'll refund you 100% immediately." then every single person who reads this review will know exactly how you operate.

I initially tried to buy a nice repo but was told it wasn't available yet. When I looked at it, the unit was full of previous owners junk that obviously was too big a burden to be emptied for a cash sale. I figured out later why he wasn't interested in selling me that one. I looked around a bit but kept getting directed back to "a smokin deal" that would include a ramp that the "home office didn't need to know about". Told me he would bring it over after unit was delivered? Hmmmmm...that made me a little uneasy about his integrity. I purchased the unit and had it delivered nonetheless. I was told they deliver and setup as part of the deal. Perfect I thought. Unit was delivered and set on property, they put a small level on the floor, threw a few scrap blocks of wood under it here and there and say "what ya think"? I have no idea I don't have my readers with me and could not see the level readings. Im assuming they know what theyre doing as they do it everyday so I say it looks good to me if it looks good to you. The next day my neighbor and a contractor Im having some work done by are looking at it and laughing as I walk out to greet them. Whats so funny I ask jokingly? They both said "your shed is leaning buddy". I take a look at what they're talking about, sure enough its way forward leaning. My contractor puts his 4' level on the outside corners of the building to see how far off the building is. 1/4 bubble off! Wow! No problem right? The salesmen (Tom Lennon) who sold it to me assured me "no worries, if you have any problems I will make it right". So I give Tom a call and right away he has a negative attitude about it. Asked me if I put a level on it? Ummmm, that was your job I responded. You were responsible for delivery and setup. He told well he couldn't come today but could in a couple days as he wasn't gonna pay his delivery guy to come back out. The day he says hes coming he was not here at time specified. Instead I get a text that says be there within an hour. I respond I have alot to do and he responds I will get there when I can. It amazes me how prompt he was before the sale and the getting paid part. But now Im just "whenever I get there".. He shows up in the last 5 minutes of the "within the hour" with a bad attitude marching thru my property with his level asking me again if I put a level on it in a condescending tone. I then told him to leave as he was not going to talk to me that way. He got even more condescending as he got further from me on his way off my property, making the remark Im wasting his time! Had the nerve to tell me he'll fix it yet he didn't put his level on it to see its not right and continues to act as if I don't know what Im talking about. Why offer to fix it then? Come to find out, he personally bought the building used from someone and put it on the business lot. It wasn't a repo afterall. Having me write the check in his name should have been my 1st clue. Well I got the free ramp that the business "didn't need to know about" and his "when I can get there" schedule as well as a bad attitude all AFTER I paid for it. My contractor had it level in 2 minutes. 2 minutes was all it took to make it right. I will never again "waste" Tom's time.

This 200-acre establishment offers around 50 acres of apples, 30 acres of vegetables, 20-25 acres of pumpkins, and a greenhouse among other options. There's a small cafe here. There's U-Pick apples, of course, along with U-Pick pumpkins. There's flowers galore, a variety of food items, exhibits classes, tours, and more. They take credit cards (no WIC or SNAP). There's no general admission to get into Tuttle. There's also no parking fee. There are fees for certain activities, and there are obviously fees for items that are sold. There are over 2,000 items in their farm store. I'm a definite fan of the donuts. Yeah, I know. What kind of weirdo goes to an orchard and gets a donut? Me. I'm that weirdo. More than 90% of their plants sold are grown right at the orchard. Tuttle has been around since the early apple trees were planted in 1928. It's now fourth generation Tuttle, though the owners are actually named Roney at this point (but still in the family). Accessibility? Better than expected and obviously intentional. Perfect? Nope. It's an orchard. No orchard will be perfectly accessible, but it's quite good and employees are helpful as much as able. Parking lot offers parking options. They've worked with disabled students, and the hayride is wheelchair accessible. The pumpkin patch is a dirt path, however, for the most part I found it workable. Some may need assistance. The only accessibility issue in most places would be the crowds, as Tuttle can get quite packed - especially on weekends. Tuttles does ask for advance notice for those with disabilities if possible, especially for groups, so guides can adapt material as needed for age/developmental level. Overall, I really enjoyed this visit. It wasn't my first time to Tuttle, though I'd never remembered it well enough to be comfortable reviewing it. After a recent visit, I remembered why I always enjoyed it so much. It was more accessible than expected, everyone was friendly, and a side benefit is really watching all the kids around you have such a good time. There's a reason so many consider an orchard visit a fall tradition. Tuttle Orchard is a great place to start that tradition with your friends and family.
