My dad purchased a Goalrilla from Recreation Unlimited for us a Christmas gift. I paid $600+ to have Recreation Unlimited install it at our house. Some time in January, the backboard randomly shattered. I reached out to RU and they told me I needed to check with Goalrilla and not them. So I did. Goalrilla said it was covered under warranty and sent a replacement backboard. (It was back ordered so we had to wait a few months.) It arrived via freight and we made a plan to install but quickly realized we couldn't handle this job safely with the equipment we have. I reached out to recreation unlimited to get a price on installing, they said they couldn't take the old one off but could, for a price, install the new backboard after we found someone else to take the old one off. They referred me to service connection which quoted me $530 to provide that service. I find this situation ludicrous. Recreation Unlimited isn't standing by their product they sell nor their installation of that product. The shattering was due to a defective product or possible bad installation - hard to say. In any case, it's nothing we did. But between the $600+ initial installation and looking at another $800+ to get the new backboard on - I'm just appalled at the lack of customer service and lack of willingness to stand by their products and services. Avoid Recreation Unlimited. So far the only thing they've done is LIMIT our recreation and punish our wallets.

15 indoor play sets trampolines and lots of fun! $12on Sunday pay and play

Air Pogo! Parents. Let me tell you the best air conditioned place where your little ones can run around like the tasmanian devil and raise a ruckus. When you've had one of those days and you just need to sit and have a breather without feeling guilty your 'lil tikes are soaking in another episode of Sponge Bob Square Pants take a drive to Recreation Unlimited. The showroom is built to display the strongest and most impressive play structures on the planet. I'm talking $8,000-$10,000 each with slides, bridges, swings, air pogo sticks, basketball courts, and trampolines. So what's cool? They open all 15 (if I counted correctly) play structures, mini cabins, basketball courts, and trampolines to the public for open play every single day. It's extremely affordable. There are birthday party rooms, too. It's a heck of a lot cheaper than hosting at one of those pizza play lands where you're bound by coins and ticket laden. Plenty of recliners and space to sit back and let the munchkins burn off some energy. Bookmark this place. You may not need it now, but you may in the future. Now, back to doing some more air pogo on this play set while I write this!

We bought a big play set during the 2019 flower and patio show which makes it a year old as of now. We paid over $4k for just the set. We received free installation because of the show promo. They were nice to work with and we felt we had made a good decision. However, the amount of delaminated wood on this play set currently blows my mind. So of course I reached out and of course was forwarded to the warranty(usually a joke) from the manufacturer. The process alone of having to take multiple pics and know the exact id# to each individual pice that has split is ridiculous. I'd say there is well over 20 individual pieces that have split. Some are bigger and some are smaller for now. I also believe the team that installed the set are partly responsible as most of the splits are where they drilled into the wood. The manufacturer instructed me to have Recreation Unlimited aide in identifying each piece... yeah they sent me a pdf of the manual with thousands of part numbers. So of course to try to get the parts replaced is going to be a hassle and of course they want to charge to ship them on a flatbed and on top of all that Recreation Unlimited quoted me another $175 in labor charges to replace/install them. I am a single mom and cannot install them myslef. I would have been better off to go to Sams Club and bought a less expensive set and just replaced it in a few years vs being stuck with this $4k set that is already looking like it's not going to hold up 12 months later. I'm very disappointed and would not recommend one of their play sets. At this point I'm going to just have to call it a loss as I literally don't even have the time to ID the parts out of this ridiculous manual, let alone jump through all the other hoops. I realize that most of this falls on the manufacturer, but doesn't change the fact that I paid Recreation Unlimited all that money for a play set in their showroom that does not hold its value. The fact that they won't install the replacement parts free of charge after I already apparently over paid inspired me to write this honest review.

This is the play set we purchased from Recreation Unlimited. I removed the tarp roof for the winter.

There are 2 aspects to this company. First, if you want a great place for your kids to play inside during the winter then go to the Rec Unlimited Showroom. They have more than a dozen outdoor play sets set up that you can play on as well as a basketball court and trampolines. I don't remember the cost, but it's not too bad. The second aspect is buying a play set from them. We purchased ours a little over a year ago. The quality of the product is phenomenal. It's much better than going to a big box store. We got 0% financing for a year and I believe they were running a discounted or free installation special. Overall, they are a pleasure to deal with.

Recreation unlimited did an AWESOME job on the installation of our Goalrilla goal.

They no longer have pay-to-play, so don't come here expecting that your kids can have fun when the weather is bad.

[we] ensure each and every guest leaves our spa oasis feeling relaxed, recentered and renewed" NOT SO!! OUR FIRST EXPERIENCE WITH SAVIA (a spa located at 8594 E. 116th Street, Fishers, IN) believed to be associated with Woodhouse Spa Earlier this month, my wife (Charlotte) purchased a full body (couples') massage from Savia Spa as a first year's wedding anniversary present for me. The Spa scheduled our joint massage for 2PM. June 10th, 2026. Our therapists' names were Katie and Kennedy. Kennedy was to do my massage and Katie was to do Charlotte's massage. Within minutes after our massages began, Katie began coughing. Katie's coughing continued for the next 23 minutes. I know this because I found it to be quite disturbing and therefore noted when her coughing began and when it ended. Her cough was very deep and I could hear what seemed to be the sound of phlegm in her cough. When our massages were through and I was leaving, I told the receptionist that I wanted to speak to a manager. I was told that there was no manager present. I then asked her to have the manager call me. When the manager called me back, I told her what had transpired during our massage and she told me that she had not noticed any signs of a cold or coughing from Katie. She told me she would check into this matter and call me back. When the manager called me back the next day, she informed me that she'd spoken with Katie and Katie told her that she had been sick but was no longer sick and had been given a note from her doctor saying she was able to go back to work. She said she was sorry this had happened. I told her that I should not have had to pay for this massage and was highly dissatisfied with her casual attitude that this had happened, but acknowledged nothing about how Katie's persistent coughing had interfered with the tranquility we should have received from of our massage but didn't. She then finished our conversation by saying she would "speak with someone higher up" and call me back by the end of the day. I never received any call back from anyone regarding this matter. From my point of view (and I speak for my wife, myself as well as [I believe] many others who give themselves the benefits expected from a good massage), a massage should not only work to relieve the body's muscles aches, pains and other medical issues, but also equally important, relieve the stressors of the day and help make one's mind calm and at peace. This certainly was not the outcome of our massage. Imagine yourself Charlotte settled in, awaiting your masseuse. The masseuse comes in, introduces herself; then asks a series of questions relating to your upcoming massage. After her questions have been answered, she then applies lotion all over your (Charlotte's) unclothed body, then begins the massage, rubbing lotion into your skin. No later than five (5) minutes from the time that she begins, she (Katie) starts coughing every 10 - 15 seconds. You begin to wonder about the level of sanitation of this masseuse' hands given this persistent coughing. The coughing shatters the peace and quiet of the room, making any peaceful rest as the time progresses difficult, if not impossible. More to the point (and even more alarming) a fear creeps into your mind that the lotion she is rubbing into the pores of your body may subject you to "catching" whatever she has. You are not only unsettled by the persistent coughing, but you then begin hearing phlegm in her cough. I, Charlotte's husband, being in the same room, was not only greatly unsettled by the persistent coughing, but also the possibility that Charlotte and/or I could catch whatever malady Katie was suffering from. Well, coming full circle, contrary to the last statement made by whomever called me twice (after we'd left the salon), no one has called us to discuss this matter further. The representations of what the person who called me after we'd left the salon were: 1. Katie had NOT been sick at the time Charlotte & I underwent our massages; 2. Katie had been to see the doctor recently with respect to her coughing issue and had not only told her she didn't have any health issue(s), but ON TOP OF THAT, the doctor had given Katie a note to take into work, stating that she (Katie) was NOT sick; was able to attend to her duties relating to lotioning & then massaging patrons, and 3. In support of the foregoing representations made by him to Katie, the doctor purportedly provided Katie with a written note memorializing his (the foregoing) representations. I, for one, would like to see that note. In closing, I'm not inclined to believe the veracity of what has been told to me by the manager (assuming she is a manager) of the salon located at 8594 E. 116th Street, Fishers. I'm pretty upset not only by the incident itself, but even more

I personally enjoy deep pressure, so this worked well for me, but it could feel a bit jarring if that's not your preference. The masseuse did check in with me a couple of times, which I appreciated. I have a lot of knots in my back and he worked through them thoroughly. I was sore the next day, but that was expected and honestly a good sign that the knots were actually addressed. I also did the head spa service, which was an interesting experience. I think the concept is great and the overall process is relaxing, but I do want to give a heads up to anyone with textured or thick hair. The stylist brushed my curly hair completely dry from root to end, which caused significant tugging and knots. That part was stressful and disrupted what should have been a very peaceful experience. Once the brushing was over, the actual washing and scalp massage felt really nice and relaxing. I wore a heated eye mask and there were multiple ambient sounds going on to enhance relaxation. After the service, she attempted to brush my hair again, which unfortunately made the knots worse. I ended up leaving with very tangled hair and had to brush it out myself once I got back to my car. I'd strongly recommend fully detangling your hair beforehand, or skipping the head spa if your hair requires more specialized care, as it can take away from the experience. On the positive side, the spa itself is very aesthetically pleasing and calming. The staff was very friendly, I was given a very comfortable robe and slippers for the head spa, and the environment felt relaxing overall. The head spa area is a shared room with about five to six stations, so you are around other people during the service. The massage was strong and effective, the space is beautiful, and the staff is kind. I just want to offer a caution for anyone considering the head spa, especially those with textured hair, as that portion may not be as relaxing as intended.

This was truly a lovely experience and I felt so relaxed and taken care of from start to finish. I highly recommend the head spa service and I plan to return for other services in the future.

She explained how the spa experience works and what services they offer, which made me feel very welcomed and at ease. The waiting room was dimly lit and filled with cozy seating. There was calming music playing throughout the space, along with citrus water, cinnamon tea, and snack mixes to enjoy while waiting between services. It was already relaxing before anything even started! I booked the Woodhouse Signature Deep Tissue Transformation with Randy and the Woodhouse Signature Holistic Body Detox with Mary, and both were absolutely phenomenal. Randy was amazing--he asked what I wanted to focus on, and I mentioned my neck and shoulders. He worked with such intention and care that I nearly fell asleep (and yes, I definitely drooled a little--LOL!). He checked in on the pressure throughout and made sure I was comfortable and actually getting relief. You could tell he was focused and really present the whole time. Mary was equally wonderful. She was incredibly gentle and made sure I felt safe and secure at every step. She explained each part of the detox before doing it and was so respectful with every bit of consent. The detox treatment had five dreamy steps: dry brushing, exfoliation, a body mask, a luxurious soak in a clawfoot tub with complimentary arnica bath salts, and a body milk to finish. She even sent me home with the dry brush she used and gave me snacks and tea while I relaxed in the bath. I was truly in heaven. My skin and body feel amazing, and my heart feels so full.
