They took care of everything quickly and efficiently. Juan and his team were professional, accommodating, and reasonably priced. They even hauled away debris that wasn't from the fallen tree, which we really appreciated. By the time they left, the yard looked cleaner and much more cared for than before. We had the tree trimmed several years back but I had lost his information. He looked the job over and gave me a verbal estimate. He said he would email a written estimate. I had it before I went to bed that night. His price was in line with the other estimates I got, he is licensed and insured (I checked several and found only two on the CSLB website). We agreed on a time and day, he showed up EARLY with his crew and finished the job in a couple of hours. All the branches and leaves were picked up and removed. This service did everything right. I am glad I used them and will use them again when the tree grows back (if I don't lose his info again).

These folks care about my trees and shrubs as much as I do. I've had them out 2 years in a row now and both crews were polite, professional, and thorough. They actually prune the tress and shrubs as discussed ... it's extremely helpful to NOT have to keep checking to see if what was agreed to is actually what's being done! It's also nice to be able to discuss future planning with knowledgeable folks so I can keep all my yard denizens as healthy and happy as possible. Yeah, they cost a few extra dollars, but if you actually care about whether your trees are healthy it's totally worth it!
