This company deserves 10 stars. Smoke started filling up the basement when using the fireplace. Jose was very professional, he cleaned the chimney, taking away a large bag of debris that had adhered to the chimney walls. He advised on installing a flue liner, a solution that would address once for all potential problems in the future -but without pressuring us. Our home was built in 1933, so we are considering it. We got an estimate done and approved over a month ago. No work done. No consistent contact since. Three weeks after approving the initial estimate to begin the work, we were finally able to reach someone by phone. I was told then that an additional email was sent regarding the warranty of the work to be performed. We never received it. Still haven't received it. I was informed during that call that the work wasn't covered for waterproofing. The whole point of needing the work done, was to repair damage that is causing a water leak. Then I was told I would be contacted by Jose for scheduling. Never was. Then I was told I would be informed of a scheduled date to begin the work within a few days. That was over a week ago. Nobody called, calls go straight to voice mail. Good luck, I wouldn't give them money before anything is started. If it's this difficult to recieve communication to begin a job, I can only imagine how bad it is if something goes wrong with a job. Especially since it won't be covered under warranty. read more

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Jose was the first responder to my quote inquiry and subsequent messages. Asked to arrive earlier became of a cancellation. His PRICING WAS VERY FAIR to clean gutters/downspouts and install the $70 gutter guards from Costco. Jose informed me of the roofing material (nails and shingles) from the roof replacement...the previous owner replaced the roof as part of the sale...lesson learned to check. JNA did a great job of repairing our chimney and replacing the chimney box for our furnace. We had gotten a recommendation from another company that the chimney needed to be torn down to the roofline, but Jose was able to spot cut and rebuild the uppermost portion, replace the cement crown, and point the rest of it for a very fair price. He took photos of everything to include with the report to show what needed to be done and the completed work. (Very helpful since this was a rental property and we do not live nearby.)
