Communication was straightforward and easy. The work itself went above and beyond what I expected. I initially thought I had four locks to change, but he ended up handling all six. He also proactively offered to replace the deadbolt, including adjusting the strike plate, doing the necessary chiseling, and aligning the door so the bolt closed cleanly. He made sure everything was keyed consistently, fixed alignment issues with the door and hardware, and even addressed a turn knob that wasn't seating properly -- all without hesitation. I got to the home and had no way of getting in as the key that was to be used for Emergency was not where it was suppose to be. The officers said they could not go into the house even though I was requesting a welfare check. Soon after the officer left, I called a family member of my friend and she did not have the right key to get in. I quickly did a google search for a locksmith in the area. Fortunately, I got John. John was able to open the door and we found my good friend decease. Naturally, I was upset and so was the relative. After calming down, I went out to pay the locksmith for his service. This man gave me a hug and said he was so sorry for my loss and said he would not accept payment under these circumstances. He called the police and everyone else that needed to be called. I can not say enough about this man as he showed compassion and concern. I want every person to use this man as he didn't have to do what he did and I am forever grateful to him. When I did arrive, a guy tried to make program the key but couldn't so I was left with an option to order a new key fob and wait a week or more or choose a key with less buttons. I chose the key fob with less buttons only because I wanted to be done with this process, I was already there over an hour! Left with a programmed key but now I have a left back window scratch that goes from the top of the window to the middle, my lights were left on inside and for some reason my pen was unscrewed??! I'm happy to at least have a key fob, although it's not what I ordered and the experience was not welcoming. I should have trusted my gut about this place.

The final total was within the range he quoted over the phone and very reasonable. Brian was very patient while I checked to make sure the keys worked in the door lock, the buttons worked properly and the fobs started the car. My only oversight on my part was noticing that these fobs do not include buttons for the side doors, but that's not a big deal. This job would have cost much more in terms of time and money at a dealership. Payment over Zelle was quick and easy. Very happy with my experience!

I am one of those husbands that fixes a leak, and then feels invincible…read more I won't bore you with what lead up to me replacing all 15+ door handles in my house, but it ended with me wanting to get the same key I already had for the front of my house to go into the newer garage door lock. So I did what any 30-something semi-pro locksmith would do: look up YouTube's and buy Amazon parts. Well, the part I bought from Amazon got me into the right area, but it was missing some key components. I essentially broke the mechanism. So I had to put my tail between my legs and say, "Can you help me?" He graciously said, "Come on down." When I got there I was both amazed and unphased. They have just about anything you could think of in that place. Keys, locks, safes. I gave him my key cylinder, and he fixed it in a jif, and I left happily only ten dollars poorer. He was a bit curt, but that's probably how I would act if someone unsuccessfully attempted my job from parts from the Internet, so... I can empathize. If I ever have a key/door issue that I fail at again, you can bet your butt I'll be back here, humbling myself before the masters that work here. Even if they are a bit cranky, their ability is what will win my business, here.
