I was going over to visit with my neighbors and locked myself out. I didn't think I needed my cell phone since it was next door either. The neighbors were visiting from out of state and offered to call any local locksmiths in Riverview or close by. All we got was our calls went overseas to India. The first thing to try to decipher what they are saying was a huge problem. They said they would send out the closest serviceman. Well after some time we never receive any replies. Then his son found a local guy in Trenton, MI who is our neighbor to the South of us. Joe was on a chat line in rear time and said Jason the owner would arrive in 15 minutes. Jason is the most professional, affordable lock smith I have ever used. I had to get my car keys replaced because something broke inside my key fob, I had 2 company's say they could come out in a few days but it didn't sound like it was a key replacement problem I was told‍ (My car was stuck in auto thrift). I noticed The local locksmith company on google And decided to try for one last hope, and Jason responded right away, and literally within 2 hours of hanging the phone up with him, I had a new key made. Jason was extremely fast, and friendly and also showed me why my old key was giving me problems. Also, AFFORDABLE! Way cheaper then any other company I came across. Update: My key was loose(it was a flip key fob) and my key came out, I messaged Jason to ask him if he could come take a look at the key and possibly replace it for me since the key came completely out of the key fob. He was at my house within 30 minutes and replaced it for free, plus gave me a spare that unlocks my doors if I ever get locked out of my car. Jason showed up on-time and was very professional and courteous. We wanted a new house rekeyed because it was previously a rental. He was thorough and answered all our questions, as well as provided advice about what to do about a door that had upside-down handles.
