Nate personally inspected my home, to give an estimate, which was the most competitive of the 4 roofers that I'd been recommended by friends and neighbors. The delivery of the materials was on time and stacked neatly in a discreet area. The installation crews worked absolutely tirelessly, competing the job in just 2 days. They are skilled, professional, polite and incredibly hard working. The clean up was faultless, as was the communication throughout the entire project. A first class operation. Long story short they damaged a screen which was supposed to be replaced as well as leaving me the overage of shingles that were over ordered. I have had my contractor Nick Wilkus for 7 years and he has installed flooring, remodeled my bathrooms and has completed other work for me over the 7 year relationship and I have been very pleased with his work. Recently, my house had damaged from Helene and my contractor Nick owner of Ridgecut Roofing came immediately. But after that he stopped calling me or texting me and just ghosted me during one of my most stressful times of my life. For me being miles away from my home and especially during a crisis. I understand that having a property management company to handle things for you while out of town can be a pain and it requires more headaches of trying to coordinate with the tenants but communication is the key and if Ridgecut Roofing didn't have the time or want to have the hassle of dealing with a property management company, Nick could have just communicated to me that he was unable to complete this job for me but what he chose to do instead was leave me hanging without a word. I know his company prides itself on communication but I'm here to tell you, no one communicated with me regarding my property. In the past I've referred Ridge Cut Roofing to everyone I know due to Nick quick and timely response but I'm not sure what has happened to him in the last few years and as much as it pains me to have to say this, I wouldn't recommend RidgeCut Roofing to anyone moving forward.
