Do not hire this company. I hired them for a deep cleaning of my kitchen for my business on a…read morethursday. They sent two girls to do the job. They were were for almost 2 hours and only cleaned the oven and the microwave. I asked for a deep cleaning of the kitchen. When I scheduled the cleaning, I asked what it entailed. The lady I spoke with said they would clean the windows, all small appliances, the countertops, cupboard doors, scrub and mop the floor and base board. The two ladies that came to do the job didnt even wash the countertops. There was coffee on the counter from when I poured my coffee that morning, still. The floors were not scrubbed. Less than half of the cupboards were wiped down and obviously needed a cleaning. This was a very light cleaning, nothing close to a deep clean. I even called the next morning to complain that the job was not done. I even sent them pictures. The lady that I was speaking too even agreed the job was not done correctly. They said they could come out that day(friday). I told her that I couldnt have them come out that day (friday) because I literally use my kitchen for my business. I had a huge wedding order and multiple other orders to be completed for the next day. That was the end of the emails. She never emailed me back an offer to come out a different day or anything. Then she told me the best they could do was a 15% off discount for the cleaning. I am furious. They want $150 for cleaning my oven and microwave! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service. Do not hire this company! If I could add pictures, I would! This was my first time hiring a cleaning company. I wanted a deep clean and then a regular weekly cleaning and they did such a horrible job. How can a cleaning company only clean 1/4 of a kitchen and then expect a customer to pay for the service. This is not what i hired them for. I would have paid for it, if it was done correctly or even close to finished. Even if they would have said something along the lines of "this job is bigger than we anticipated" OR something! But not a word. The cleaning lady asked me if the oven looked good, which is does. But then when it was time for them to leave, they just packed up and said bye. Never asked if I wanted to check everything out or anything. Because they knew they were leaving the job unfinished. Horrible! I will never recommend this company to anyone!

Dee and Pam are the best, most professional, thorough/detail orientated cleaners I have ever had the pleasure to have clean for me. If this review sounds "over the top" it is because their service is above and beyond any other cleaning service I have worked with over the past decade. Amazing!
