There were no pickup instructions, driver information, or contact information included. By the time I arrived at the airport, I still had not received any communication from the company, so I had to Google IBoston Limo myself just to find a phone number. I called twice and spent about 20 minutes wandering around the airport trying to figure out where I was supposed to meet my driver. When I finally reached someone, instead of helping resolve the situation, he immediately became argumentative and yelled at me, insisting that he had texted me. I explained that I had not received any text and had been checking my phone constantly, including while I was on the plane. He continued to argue with me, hung up, and then sent me a screenshot showing that he had supposedly texted me. Whether there was a technical issue with the text or something else went wrong, arguing with a customer who is stranded at an airport and cannot find their driver is an incredibly unprofessional way to handle the situation. A simple apology and clear instructions on where to meet the driver would have resolved the issue immediately. Instead, the interaction made an already stressful situation significantly worse. Once I finally found my driver, he was lovely, courteous, and professional. Unfortunately, everything leading up to that point, from the lack of pickup information and communication to the way I was treated when I called for help, was unacceptable. Neither the groom nor I have heard anything from this company. Clearly they are not trained in customer service or business etiquette. At 3:30 I called my fiance and asked if he heard from them, which he said No. He called, they said they would call the driver and call him back. Guess what, they never called him. He continue to call the office and the number he had for the driver with no luck, as did one of my bridesmaids. Both left voicemails and none were returned. Thankfully each house had a couple of vehicles there, so we drove ourselves. But we shouldn't have had to do that. We should have been in a limo and the fact they completely ignored us the day of is 100% unacceptable! People always say something goes wrong on your wedding day, in just glad it was at the beginning of the day (as stressful as it was at first) rather than later on. If I ever need a limo company again, I will be sure to look elsewhere and continue to let people know not to use this company!
