I used an Uber going from Westborough to the Norwegian Jewel cruise ship. It cost me $50 plus a tip coming home. I use Boston Premier. It was $200 plus the tip totally ridiculous. I have yet to book anything with this company but based on their website and phone system, I would not recommend them. Here is why: You cannot get an on-line quote unless you leave a credit card (BIG WARNING FLAGS). When you call to get a verbal quote, their voice mail system informs you that there is no option to speak to someone about quotes or make reservations and to then use their website. So I decided to select the call option regarding changing existing reservations and was told that no one was available and to leave a message. Leaving a message is not great if you missed your connection and are rushing to catch the next available flight. It is always nice to get some confirmation that the car service will be there to get you before you jump on the plane. So just based on my inability to communicate with the company or get information and that they want my credit card information BEFORE any service is provided is a BAD first step and as such I will not proceed further with them. Not sure why they make it so difficult. read more

Great service. Had a ridiculously early pick up for the airport and the driver was early! On the return trip the driver was waiting as promised. The drivers were courteous and managed the Boston traffic with ease. Couldn't be happier. The cars were clean and comfortable with complimentary water bottles (which was great after a long flight). We requested an SUV with 3 travelers with big suitcases and it worked perfectly. We would use them again, definitely recommend. read more

Two associates and I used Boston Suburban Coach to transport us between business meetings. My gripes with BSC: - The header on their "as directed services" page shows a town car and "white glove service". This is misleading as they sent a driver arrived in a Toyota Avalon and a leather jacket. In comparison, we were dressed in suits. This did not convey the professional look we were going for. I wish BSC was upfront that a Toyota Avalon would be sent and NOT a town car. -The driver's driving skills were terrible. She almost got us killed twice; once with a giant mac truck which was terrifying to say the least. - The driver's direction skills were also lacking. She missed her turn which consequently made us miss a train we had booked in advance. We had to scramble for last minute alternative transportation for them back to New York. Instead of a professional, pleasant, convenience experience, we experienced a stressful, turbulent ride. To be fair, I want to mention that BSC did give us a 10% credit for the poor experience and the representative stayed cordial throughout our complaints and correspondence. They said they would provide the driver we had with more training. read more

We used Boston Car for our wedding. The limo itself was good, but they wrote down my appointment incorrectly, which resulted in a driver switch half way through the getting ready process. Instead of getting across town to put on our dresses, my ladies and I sat in the limo for 20 minutes waiting for the drivers to change places. This cost us 20 minutes of our time for photos, and we didn't end up getting all the pictures we wanted. The second driver was very nice and professional, but the first was miffed when I asked him to return to the hotel to pick up some additional bridal party members and take them to 2 different locations. Odd, considering we booked the car for "drive as directed". He was looking forward to having 2 hours of hanging out, I believe, as the second we told him how long we'd be in the hair salon, he took off. We had to call him back. I'm somewhat disappointed, and wouldn't use them again, but they got the job done, in the end. read more

Very reasonable rates. Cheaper than paying for parking at Logan. The service was excellent! On our return flight, we arrived almost 1 hour earlier than expected and the driver was there waiting. Very professional and courteous. Highly recommended. Adding another update from another use. I booked the service to make multiple pick-ups of some elderly relatives that I needed to shuttle safely to a birthday party. Impeccable service, couldn't be more pleased. My only regret is I was unable to grab the driver in time to give the extra tip I wanted to with all he had to deal with (had to physically help some of them get into the vehicle, etc.) read more

I am very belated in giving my review, but Chris and C&C get 5 stars from us for providing brilliant service for our wedding last year in Delhi, NY. (And it was important to us that we did write a review because C&C was GREAT!) Everyone made their own way to the venue (or called C&C directly to book a transfer) and we worked with Chris to plan a series of shuttles to take guests home after the wedding. Chris was lovely to work with, flexible, very reasonably priced and was across everything to make sure it all went off without a hitch (except for *us* getting hitched, that is!). We were the last out of the venue, and by that time everyone was already off in their shuttles, on their very merry way - it was all so smooth. Chris did one last trip back to the venue to take me and my husband to our accommodation, so that we had the opportunity to thank him in person. The last thing you want after an amazing night is for people to be stuck without a ride or lost, and with Chris at the helm of our post wedding transportation, we knew we were in very good hands. We just used Boston Suburban Coach for transportation to/from Logan airport from our home in Metro Boston. Our experience was excellent! Not only was our driver very professional and the vehicle was perfect but the service was extremely accommodating and flexible. On our return, the airline changed our flight from a 7:00 pm arrival to a 2:30 pm arrival. Boston Suburban Coach changed our service instantly and without hassle - we even received an updated e-mail confirmation sent to us for further peace of mind. Our driver was ready and waiting as soon as our plane touched down. I would highly recommend using this service for your next trip. At is HUGE and I was not willing to lug this and my LO, luggage and umbrella stroller, alone through an airport. In comes Boston Suburban Coach to help relieve the car seat issue. I ordered a car to the airport with a car seat for an infant. I was not told that they do not install the car seat in advance. When the driver arrived, the seat was not installed, the driver did not know how to install it or even if it could be installed rear facing (which I requested). He was very hard to understand and essentially gave up on the situation almost immediately. The doorman at our hotel jumped in and figured it out for us. Later, I sent an email to the company to complain about the situation. I received a very terse and unhelpful response. I will not use this service again. read more

I booked my trip with Boston Suburban Coach unsure of the best car service company to use in Boston for a pickup from the airport and found this company through Google and positive Yelp reviews swayed me to book them. I'm happy I did as the company was nothing but professional and reasonably priced! I booked the ride for my daughter who was moving with more bags than she could handle When I booked the ride to the airport they promptly sent an email confirmation so I knew it had been set up correctly. I called Boston Suburban Coach and set up a roundtrip service for me and my three year old son to the Children's Museum from our hotel. It was about two miles each way. Later that day, I checked my email and received a receipt for the charges, Boston Suburban Coach charged me a total of $200.00 for going roundtrip, approximately two miles each way. I find this pricing very unreasonable and I am planning to dispute the charges. I would not use this car service again, as it is overpriced and the charges were not fair nor reasonable. We needed to have 2 teenagers safely delivered from Boston Logan to the Rockport area. Boston Suburban Coach was really easy to set up online, and included the tip so the kids didn't have to do anything. When I called with questions, the phone was picked up quickly and my questions were answered. The suburban was clean, comfortable, and had room for two large bags of hockey equipment. Highly organized. We needed transportation from Logan to Harvard Square with a baby. As soon as we booked (by phone) we got a confirmation email showing all the information.
