I noticed an issue with the quickshifter and some difficulties with the gearbox the last month after the service. In an attempt to make an appointment to get this looked at for a warranty service I was told they don't make appointments! For "services" they make appointments but not for repairs. They stated that I would drop the bike off and they would get to it in three or four weeks. I asked again if I could just make an appointment for three or four weeks from now. I was told no they don't do that... Are you kidding?? Apparently, 5th Gear prefers Tulsa residents to shop at Eurotek in OKC.

When I got home, my clothes were covered in oil because they put the oil fill cap on incorrectly, and it got lost along the way. Oil was also leaking from the engine. The next day I brought it in for "warranty," the owner just accused me, insulted me, and yelled at me. I asked him to check it because it was leaking oil everywhere. They kept it in their shop for 15 days, and when they returned it, they charged me $300 to repair what they did wrong. I also had to buy the cap they had put on incorrectly. Synergy is THE WORST OF THE WORST.
