In an attempt to make an appointment to get this looked at for a warranty service I was told they don't make appointments! For "services" they make appointments but not for repairs. They stated that I would drop the bike off and they would get to it in three or four weeks. I asked again if I could just make an appointment for three or four weeks from now. This is a family business, run by a father (Steve), and son (Brandon). Amy is part of the family, too, although we didn't meet and I am not sure of the relationship. The next day I brought it in for "warranty," the owner just accused me, insulted me, and yelled at me. I asked him to check it because it was leaking oil everywhere. They kept it in their shop for 15 days, and when they returned it, they charged me $300 to repair what they did wrong. I also had to buy the cap they had put on incorrectly.
