The flour tortillas were super hard as well. I called and asked for a refund for the chips and salsa and spoke to Esther. She was polite. She asked me to hold and then another lady got on the phone and said that she would replace the salsa. I said no thank you, I would just like a refund since we already had our lunch. She said I'm not giving you your money back. She stated that my options are get a replacement or nothing.
