Parking lot was 3/4 full; that's usually a good indication of the food & service. We were greeted as soon as we walked in. We chose our seats, & the chips & salsa came almost immediately. The waitress took our order & brought our drinks quickly. Food arrived soon, & it was piping hot, exactly what we ordered, & SO GOOD! Our waitress checked on us several times. She said the crowd was 'mostly locals'. There were lots of families & friends in there, & everyone was enjoying the food & atmosphere. We'll go back!

The flour tortillas were super hard as well. I called and asked for a refund for the chips and salsa and spoke to Esther. She was polite. She asked me to hold and then another lady got on the phone and said that she would replace the salsa. I said no thank you, I would just like a refund since we already had our lunch. She said I'm not giving you your money back. She stated that my options are get a replacement or nothing. I said that's not an option and she said well that's all I'm gonna do I won't give you your money back. I am super disappointed in the way this was handled. I go there ALL the time and to be treated this way over like $8 says everything about the owner. So I will no longer be a patron of this establishment. And neither will my friends or family. I had the Mahi Mahi and the guys I was with had Red Snapper and gumbo. They were amazed how good the was. The restaurant was clean with updated interior design. We have spread the word and will back one day.
