    Lychee mojito

Best bubble tea around in a super cute stylish cafe. This spot is never crazy busy and always right on time. The server is very knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. My favorites are the lychee mojito and taro milk tea. They also have food.

Super cute bubble tea place. We were eating next door and decided to pop in for some drinks after. The space is adorably decorated and comfy. We tried the lime green tea and grapefruit & peach tea. Both were delicious.

Jo N Tea is an excellent new boba spot in the South Plainfield area! I was happy to try the Cocoa Bubble Milk Tea, which tastes just as you'd expect, with nice textured pearls. I appreciate their customization options in terms of toppings, milk, and sugar levels. The interior is so colorful and spacious! I appreciated how my boba was ready as soon as I walked in. The employee working was very nice, and even put my drink in a bag when he noticed I was carrying a lot. He was also very nice when answering questions about the business. Next time, I definitely have to try some of their snacks!

Very matcha slush w/ nata jelly, half hotdog/half mozzarella, and very mango grapefruit.

Went on a weekday and the place wasn't busy. The store is very cute and bright. Staff was very helpful and nice. We ordered 3 things: 1) Very matcha slush with nata(30% sugar)-I was not a fan. Didn't have that strong matcha taste I was looking for. 2) Korean hotdog(half hotdog/half mozzarella)- I was very excited to try this since korean hotdog is one of my faves. I was very disappointed! I felt like the batter wasn't fresh. It was stale. 3) Very mango grapefruit(30% sugar)- This was good and very refreshing IMO. The 30% sugar was the perfect sweetness. Wasn't a fan of the grapefruit inside, seemed like it was frozen and had no taste. Might try other drinks on their menu next time. But I probably won't order any snacks because they might be stale again. I'll definitely get the very mango grapefruit again in the future, but without the grapefruit lol.

The menu is limited and they offer mainly Hong Kong style snacks and rice/spaghetti dishes. It is a self-serve, no tip restaurant so you'll need to either order their their kiosk machines, or there's QR codes available on the table for you to order from your phone. We ordered their slippery egg chicken rice combo with Hong Kong style milk tea with aged tangerines, a slippery egg rice with pork chop, and also baked pork chop rice with curry sauce and cheese. The slippery egg rice was on point. The eggs were silky, moist and velvety , almost custard like in texture. It was also rich and savory. I like how the chicken was lightly fried without having too much breading. They used chicken thighs so it was moist, tender and well seasoned. The fried pork chop, which was similar to pork katsu, was perfectly fried with a crispy, well seasoned crust which adhered well to the meat. The meat was juicy and succulent. The curry had a mild kick which I liked and there were also little pieces of carrots and potatoes in it. The only thing was I felt there was a little too much sauce as I felt the rice was drenched in it, which made it a little too rich for my liking. The lemon tea with aged tangerines was my favorite. The lemon tea tasted authentic. One of the best I've had including the ones I've tried in the Hong Kong style cafes in nyc. The tea flavor is intense which I can tell it's not just from a tea bag. The tea was balanced well with aged tangerines which added more citrusy and a subtle earthy flavor. The drink is bold yet refreshing. I was told they have a slushy version so I would go back to try it next time. It is self serve as I mentioned before as you will have to go get your own cutlery, plates and napkins at the table by the register. The food came out shortly after I placed my order and the staff were all very friendly. This is a good options for a quick lunch/dinner and price is very reasonable as you can get a dish plus a drink for $20 and under and you don't have to tip. I would return again for sure.

They have a very limited menu and the food was average. Pork chop was tasty. The toast appeared to be pan fried toast with little evidence of egg. It was like toast with peanut butter which you dip in condensed milk. Overall they should enhance the menu and the food to draw more business.

Our waitress took our order without writing anything down, and that carelessness quickly showed. We specifically asked for the bean sprouts to be cooked because we were dining with a toddler, but that request was forgotten. We also ordered a smoothie that never arrived. At first we let it go, assuming that if it never came out, it probably wouldn't appear on the bill. Unfortunately, it did, so we had to ask for it to be removed. The billing correction was then handled in a confusing way. We were given two separate receipts: one showing the full amount with a 3% credit card fee added, and another showing the smoothie being deducted as a separate transaction. It wasn't immediately clear how the two receipts were meant to be read together, especially since one of the totals appeared higher than the original bill. To be clear, the 3% charge itself wasn't really the issue. The problem was that while correcting their own mistake, no one took a moment to explain what was happening or offer even a simple apology for the confusion - or for the missed order, for that matter. That was really the theme of the entire experience: forgetfulness, confusion, and a complete lack of acknowledgment. No one said "sorry for the confusion," no one said "that was our mistake," and when we left, no one acknowledged us or thanked us for coming. Mistakes happen. But a little attentiveness and basic courtesy go a long way. Here, though, there was no real effort to *smoothie* things over .

The food is tasty, especially the grilled pork summer roll. I predict it is prepared in the style of East Asian barbecue, which is tangy and slightly sweet. The entrée was very tasty for its spice, but also had a slight tangy sweetness to it. Desert was conveniently packaged as ready to be taken to go, regardless of actual intention. That made it suitable to take on my ride.
