This is a belated review. We stopped here during the first few weeks they were opened back in October so things might have changed. The restaurant is much larger than we anticipated and we were pleasantly surprised that they had such a huge menu and offered even dessert and boba. What we ordered: - Passion Fruit Green Tea with Jelly - Chocolate Milk Tea - Karaage Chicken (boneless fried chicken served with spicy mayo) - Kani Salad (crab salad) - Aigamo Bun (roasted duck, lettuce, cucumber, scallions, and hoisin sauce) - Ten-Ichi Ramen (pork bone broth, pork chashu, bokchoy, kikueage mushrooms, egg) The food and drinks were good. Nothing really wowed us but none of it was bad either. We had a server (possibly a manager?) who was talkative and friendly but also very pushy when it came to doing reviews - specifically on google. They asked several times for reviews and then said that they would give free desserts if we were to do so. I had to decline a bunch and it made the meal overall uncomfortable. I understand that they were newly opened and wanted to push out good reviews to get business but it really rubbed me the wrong way. Also there were a bunch of promotions outside on an easel and we were incorrectly charged the full price but we just decided not to say anything. I hope that the kinks have been worked out now because it looks to have had a lot of promise.

We decided to try this new spot in the area, and we were not disappointed! The ramen was absolutely delicious. Thanks to Teik, we had the pleasure of trying all his recommended dishes, and I'm so glad we did. Every bite was fantastic--highly recommend this place!

Ten-ichi Ramen - for $20.99 there was only 1 small piece of chashu

Delivery Ramen Broth was good but there was only 1 piece of chashu- pretty less broth and meat for $20.99- mostly filled with noodles Eel was good- but mostly it was rice Overall also got really sick all night after this meal.

    Crepe, Boba Teas

Yummy crepe and boba! Great service! We will definitely come back to try other menu choices.

So so Ramen. Not authentic. Ramen is cold until you mix it. Ajitama eggs over cooked. Small portion for $18 ramen. The donburi tastes decent but portion wish will leave you more hungry. Karaage taste soso and small portion for $9. What is good about this place is its has many selections of desserts. It's meh.. 2 stars.

Very nice place. We were greeted by the staff as soon as we entered and were directed to sit wherever we'd like. They had a large variety on their menu, but not overwhelming. I decided to have a beef ramen and a creme brulee Thai iced tea. Both were really good. The food came fast. I dont know whether its a good thing or a bad thing, but then again, it wasnt that busys when we were there. If youre paying with anything other than a credit card (i.e. cash, venmo, cash app etc.) you get 4% off your bill and free dessert! All in all, it was a great experience.

Was excited to try the food that I forget to take a photo first. Ordered the Tenichi Ramen. First impression was that the presentation was okay. Didn't wow me. I also noticed that the mushroom used was not the traditional type of mushroom used at other ramen shops. The char siu and boiled egg did not have a lot of flavor to add to the dish. Service was fine. Went during lunch and was quickly seated. After several minutes I had to wave the server down to place my order. Food came out quick, however, my issue was that the server had his finger inside the bowl when bring the meals to the table. I went with three other people in my group and every single bowl brought the table had the server's finger inside the bowl! The restaurant does offer a wide variety of foods and drinks, but nothing that was ordered today impressed myself or those in my group. There are other options nearby that offer higher quality. The decoration of the interior was nice and the restaurant seemed clean. Tip: the restaurant offer cash and credit card pricing which is marked on the menu so you can see the difference.

    Strawberry Banana Crepe

Amazing food 100/10, best ramen I ever had, the bubble tea very good and the strawberry Nutella crepe was delicious. Very good customer service too.

saw it all over Instagram and decided to try and it did not disappoint. we don't got many ramen spots around me so it was def worth it.

We did not know what the tofu dish was and asked for some clarification but was just told it was fried tofu and that it was good. We didn't know what was really on it but we ordered it anyways. We didn't enjoy it but were happy we tried it. I thought my ramen was fine, not my favorite but no complaints. My friend didn't like her ramen so she asked for hot sauce, sriracha, and soy sauce to spice it up and the server was confused at first but was fine bringing it over once we clarified what we wanted. We also didn't love the karaage chicken. All in all, we enjoyed our visit there and appreciated trying something new. They give cute little cat shaped chopstick holders. We will not likely be back because it wasn't to our liking but think it is just personal taste not that the place was bad so we do recommend trying it for yourself. A lot of other people were there and seem to all enjoy their meals and said they come there often.

I've eaten at Ottoyee for months now, and each experience has been incredibly delicious. However, the only thing is that the wait time can run very long. Not for the food to arrive, but for placing the order. We tried to get the attention of the waiter on staff multiple times, but was either ignored or they were behind the screen attending to something else. The wait time was around 15-20 minutes, but this is likely attributed to the small staff. Otherwise though, they were incredibly kind and knowledgeable of the menu and we still had a delicious experience as usual.

Upon entertaining on a weekend evening, there were a few tables with patrons but not too busy. The restaurant did seem a bit understaffed with only one person taking orders / bringing food out, making it difficult to flag down this one person to successfully take our order and ask for anything additional throughout the night. Gyudon: for the price, we were really surprised at how small of a portion this was. It was not only in a small bowl, but the meat was layered on top perfectly deceiving you to think that there was more than there actually was. The majority of this dish was rice, and with limited sauce at that. As displayed on the menu images it was to be served with a runny egg, but unfortunately we got a fully cooked one (disappointing, as we were looking for something to mix with the rice!) Sushi: We got a 3 rolls and they were just alright. They were pretty small in size, with less rice than I'm used to (which is something I do like - I would rather more fish than rice!) With us getting spicy salmon, spicy tuna, and spicy scallop - they all kind of tasted the same, so I wish the fish wasn't as heavily masked with spicy mayo. Ramen: I got the black garlic ramen, and it wasn't the best, but wasn't the worst. I've purchased fresh ramen packages in the supermarket before and it tasted just like that, so it made me disappointed knowing I could achieve the same at home. The soup itself was extremely rich and fatty, and the charsiu had no flavor whatsoever leaving much to be desired. The main reason I'm rating this so low is upon having my last bites of sushi, I could tell something was off. I don't recall which specifically I had but I made a statement that it was extremely fishy and off putting. Fast forward later that night, I was hunched over the toilet vomiting with stomach pain - and I can deduct that the sushi was the culprit. I might consider trying Ottoyee again due to the great deals they have listed on food delivery apps, but the sushi quality (quite literally) put a bad taste in my mouth.

For appetizers, we ordered the shrimp and pork spring rolls. They were fresh and delicious, though I do think the portion size could be a bit larger for the $6.95 price. For our entrees, we both ordered the oxtail pho. It looked very appetizing when it arrived. I always like to take a sip of the broth before adding any condiments so I can appreciate its natural flavor. Unfortunately, the broth was very bland and lacked the rich, aromatic depth I expect from a good pho. It was disappointing because the presentation was excellent, but the broth ultimately fell short of expectations. Overall, the experience had a strong start with friendly service and prompt food delivery, but the lack of follow-up service and the underwhelming broth left me disappointed.
