This review is based on the food only since it was delivered via Uber Eats. I've been here several times before but never realized they also sell food. Well! I had the Beef Bulgogi Kaito Cups with bbq sauce which served over white rice. The beef and onions were thinly sliced and flavorful while the rice was sticky and clumped well enough to not give me a hard time with my chopsticks. I would for sure order Bulgogi Kaito Cups again. I also ordered a side of the Japchae which is tasty glass noodles, although I wish there was a way to request no carrots or peanuts through the app. My beverage consisted of the Strawberry Yakult with boba which is caffeine-free. When ordering, I was asked how much percentage of sugar I wanted in the drink. I chose 100% and it still tasted like it could use more. It took almost an hour to be delivered to me due to the distance, so I would have to order it again when I am able to try it on the spot. Overall, I enjoyed my purchases and would return. read more

Really good drinks! I feel like most bubble tea places are just meh to me but I really liked this one. Hubby and I came by on a Saturday at around 2 pm and the place wasn't too busy except for some UberEats orders. I had iced rose milk tea with bubbles and it had lots of flavor. Hubby had the taro slush, which I also liked - lots of taro flavor. You can choose your sweetness level. We both did 0% and it was already sweet enough for us so you might want to start lower rather than higher. They also have a lot of different toppings you can choose from, and milk alternatives. This place is definitely my favorite Boba tea store. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and there are many drinks and teas to choose from! The tapioca pearls aren't ever too chewy or dry and the tea's customizable sweetness is a big plus to fit what you like. The tea itself is always great, and I can't find a single negative thing about them. TLDR: the boba float is ok but it's not very good value for your money Kaito has a nice atmosphere and is well decorated, but it's pretty expensive. $9 for a boba float. It's not too special - the tea tastes powdered, mixed with the Thai ice cream it becomes really sweet. The boba has good texture and good flavor - one of my favorite in the area. The other stuff is pretty reasonably priced - $5 for a tea feels pretty reasonable in this area. I love that they play anime (one piece was on) in the store. I could hangout here for a while. Cleanliness: The bubble tea shop looked clean on the inside, but the bathrooms could use a deep cleaning or a makeover. The staff: They do not greet you when you enter the building, and they just call out your name if you order at the self-service kiosk. Sometimes they thank you for purchasing their items and sometimes they do not. Mango Green Tea: This had no mango taste and was overpowered by the green tea itself which made the drink a bit bitter. Lychee Green Tea: This had no lychee taste and tasted a bit watered down. Mango Slush: I ordered this with 70% sugar, and it still tasted like it was watered down and did not have enough mango taste. My boyfriend and I came after we saw an ad for the Christmas bear cups on Instagram! The cups are free and lot bigger than I expected. When you first walk in, you can order at these kiosks and there are also anime decorations and also a claw machine if you need entertainment. We got the passionfruit green tea with lychee jelly and also the peach oolong tea with pearls (both 30% sugar). I wish I got 50% sugar instead for the peach drink since it tasted more like tea, but the passionfruit I would've gone down to no sugar. We also tried the kaito cup for the first time and it was not bad! There was too much rice and the japchae was pretty flavorless, but the beef was tender and flavorful. I don't know if I would pay $13 for the bowl again, but it was a nice lunch and we didn't have to wait long for our order. read more
