    Horchata Milk Tea

Truly one of the best boba spots I've visited in awhile! From the open, modern atmosphere and a customizable experience - makes this a truly memorable spot. I'm such a huge fan of the contactless ordering style, using their kiosk allows you to truly customize your beverages down to the sugar percentages - which is great for those with dietary preferences! I tried their seasonal horchata, which is a blend of rice, cinnamon, and sugar and WOW it was delicious! If you are a rice pudding fan, this drink is for you - it has such a potent cinnamon taste! I added boba which only enhanced the drink even more. I would 100% come back since there is so much more to try!

Original Bubble Waffle - waffley good! ;)

Un-boba-lievably good! Fast service, a super friendly owner, easy ordering, and high-quality everything. Their boba is tea-rrific--soft, bouncy pearls and customizable flavors (sugar and ice levels). Their Bubble Waffles? Eggs-ceptional! Crispy outside, soft inside. My daughter loves their chocolate version while I enjoy their classic one. Their Spam musubi? Get at least two--it's tasty and addictive! Great food, great vibes! This place is a boba-fide must visit! NOTES/TIPS: **Wheelchair-accessible. **Plenty of seating, plenty of parking in a lot shared with Shoprite and other stores. **My kids' boba art has been on the wall for over a year. The owner gave them free ice cream when they handed it to him.

Peach Green Tea Refresher with Strawberry popping Boba and spam musubi

HUGE selection of bubble tea and more - I was overwhelmed by the options! The customization was fantastic, choosing flavors, boba and tapioca, and most importantly sugar level. Ordered at a kiosk and was served in less than 5 minutes! I had a peach green tea refresher with strawberry popping boba - I did 30% sugar and it was still VERY sweet! Also tried their spam musubi, reminding me of Hawaii! My friend had a taro milk tea which is the best milk tea I've ever had (although I'm usually not a huge fan of milk tea) Lots of seating and space, much larger than appears on the outside! Will definitely return!

I absolutely love Kaito! It's a fantastic place to relax, enjoy some delicious boba tea, and hang out with friends or get some work done on your computer. They offer both dine-in and pickup options, which is super convenient. Staff is pretty nice. On my last visit, my sister and I placed a pickup order. I had the dragonfruit tea with no ice, no sugar, boba, golden boba, and lychee. It was absolutely delicious! My sister ordered the honey lemon tea with 30% sugar, regular ice, and boba, and she found it incredibly refreshing. We also tried the spam musubi and onigiri, both of which were scrumptious. The cozy vibe, tasty drinks, and great food make Kaito a perfect spot to unwind or get some work done. I highly recommend it.Don't forget to check out their desserts too!

I love this place! I'm drawn to the dark decor and I love the large booths in the back. The place is cool and so is the playlist. The staff was nice. The food options were plenty. They have my favorite bubble waffles in Central Jersey (so far) and my nephew LOVES their Ube Float. Love it so much that I went 3 times in a week.

Nice establishment. First time having bubble and this was an awesome experience. I love how the staff walked me thru the options and helped me make a decision without feeling rushed. I also enjoyed how you can control the level of sweetness you desire. Pretty cool place and I'm looking forward to trying it again soon.

If you're looking for a casual place with good snacks and bubble tea, this is the place! Super spacious inside. They have self order kiosks with pictures, which make ordering so easy. I had to try the spam musubi and it was so good! Highly recommend if you're not sure which snack to get. The fruit tea was super refreshing. Very good pricing as well!

Really good drinks! I feel like most bubble tea places are just meh to me but I really liked this one. Hubby and I came by on a Saturday at around 2 pm and the place wasn't too busy except for some UberEats orders. I had iced rose milk tea with bubbles and it had lots of flavor. Hubby had the taro slush, which I also liked - lots of taro flavor. You can choose your sweetness level. We both did 0% and it was already sweet enough for us so you might want to start lower rather than higher. They also have a lot of different toppings you can choose from, and milk alternatives. Will definitely be back for more drinks!

Initially came to have bubble tea, but after scrolling through the menu on the tablet I saw they had bubble tea FLOATs and was sold. I loved my bubble tea float so much. I had the Thai tea one. Had it with Passion Fruit popping bobba. Such a great combination. Was also able to try my partner's Uber Taro float. They both were very good and satisfying. The Ice cream in the Taro one was delicious. Also tried the spicy kani onigiri. It was warn which made it enjoyable on that cold evening. Good taste and well structured. Shareable as it's pretty big. Inside has a lot of seating. It's very clean. Fast service, the order on the screen said 20m wait but we didn't wait more than 10m for the order. Will be going back to try more items. Very excited for the waffles.

Solid spot for dessert/ bubble tea in the area. They have a great selection of desserts and bubble tea. Tried the Oreo bubble waffle, ice cream, and drinks. All were great and no disappointments. The fact they are open until midnight is huge as well. In a great area- near Rutgers, top golf and other great food places. They also play anime which may not matter for most, but gets a lot of points for geeks like me. Service was great and quick.

All crepe orders come in a plastic cup - it's apparently impossible to put in the cup

If you want your waffle ice cream dessert to be in a cup, you need to specify you want it presented in a cup, otherwise it comes in a plastic to-go tray UNLESS it is a pre-designed order from the list. These orders frequently fall over and need to be remade because the waffle is bigger than before and the cup is smaller than before. Plastic trays are being used until new larger cups are available. If you want the cup and nice presentation for now, you take risk if anything falls out -- and they say no remakes -- even though they know the cups are too small and prone to tipping / falling Needed kitchen to reproduce the product after being disappointed by the plastic to-go orders for an in-store order

Passion fruit Green Tea with Boba

Oo so good!!! Had the opportunity to try out Kaitos Bubble Tea at the Diwali festival in Edison a few weeks ago. Ordered the typical go to - passion fruit green tea. It was absolutely perfect - the flavor, the sugar level lol I didn't give the % sugar but I'm sure they ask in the storefront. Regardless I was one happy customer. If your goto is the passion fruit green tea with boba, like myself, you really should stop by Kaitos! You won't be sorry :)

Love coming here and seeing people from toddler age to folks with their grandparents. Bubble tea is for all! My husband loves to try the new fruity varieties that get added to the menu. Every few weeks there is a new, unique fruit combination that blows him away. I stick to my tried and true Thai iced tea with boba, and NOWHERE else has been able to compete. The details are what makes this place stand out. If you buy multiple drinks, they place your order in an adorable, reusable purple bag. Also, there is a rewards program. The inside was very different from your usual bubble tea spot, and it was very welcoming and cozy. I could definitely see myself just chilling and reading a book while enjoying my food and drink. I placed my order through the kiosk while looking over the menu, which had a lot of good options. I couldn't make up my mind and decided to go with the bubble tea and Oreo waffle crepe. Both items were good, and I enjoyed the waffle, which had ice cream as the filling and was stuffed with fillings, but it was a little difficult to eat since the wrapper is not very practical, and I had to use my hands, so it got a bit messy. Did I regret it? No way, I loved it; hopefully, they would just have a better container for it, lol. Definitely will get a sugar rush, so be careful hahaha. I would definitely go back to try the other flavors

Meet Fresh is a Taiwanese dessert shop specializing in traditional Chinese-style sweet dessert…read moresoups--comforting bowls built around ingredients such as red beans, sago, grass jelly, purple rice, tofu pudding, and almond. These desserts are common across Taiwan and much of East Asia, where sweet soups serve the role that cakes or pastries might in the West: a warm or cooling treat at the end of a meal or as an afternoon snack. The brand itself originated in Taichung, Taiwan, where it began as a small family shop inspired by traditional dessert recipes passed down through generations. Today Meet Fresh has expanded internationally, but the menu remains rooted in those classic Taiwanese dessert traditions. The menu includes hot and cold dessert soups, along with bubble teas, specialty drinks, ice creams, shaved ice desserts, and egg waffles--served plain or with a variety of fillings. I stopped in for a bowl of their Combo A hot red bean soup, topped with taro balls, fragrant red beans, crunchy peanuts, and soft, chewy boba. I also ordered a hot almond milk. For those unfamiliar with it, red bean soup is one of the classic desserts of Chinese and Taiwanese cuisine. Made from adzuki beans simmered until soft, it has a naturally earthy sweetness that is comforting without being overly sugary. It's often served hot in cooler weather and chilled in summer. The bowl here was generous and piping hot, exactly what you want from a dessert soup. The sweetness was well balanced--sweet, but not cloying--and the toppings added layers of texture that kept each spoonful interesting. The taro balls are another Taiwanese specialty: chewy dumplings made from taro and sweet potato starch with a texture somewhere between mochi and gnocchi. These were nicely elastic and pleasantly chewy. The peanuts added crunch, while the boba pearls brought their familiar soft chew, making the bowl a fun mix of textures. The hot almond milk was fragrant and soothing. In Chinese dessert culture this type of almond drink is often made from apricot kernels (sometimes called "Chinese almonds"), which gives it a slightly different aroma than Western almond milk. This one was very tasty, though it leaned a bit sweeter than I personally prefer. Service was pleasant and efficient, and the shop has ample seating, making it easy to sit and enjoy your dessert rather than rushing out the door. For anyone curious about Taiwanese desserts--or simply looking for something beyond cakes and pastries--Meet Fresh offers a comforting introduction to a whole world of sweet soups, chewy toppings, and traditional dessert flavors. I would happily return to explore more of the menu.

Meet Fresh is an international chain serving up Taiwanese desserts- shaved iced and grass jelly…read moredesserts along with milk tea and waffle creations. I'd recommend creating a custom dessert for what I felt like is better value, and coming at an off-hour due to the difficulty of finding parking in the plaza. --- Meet Fresh has a wide variety of desserts available: -Pudding & Q Mochi Milk Shaved Ice (L)- I shared it between 4 people, and while it was a good size and I enjoyed the toppings, personally it felt too expensive for the amount of ice! I would be on the fence reordering this. -Signature Grass Jelly (hot)- This came with a side of peanuts. For the relatively expensive signature grass jelly dish, I was a bit disappointed at the ratio of grass jelly to toppings. I would pass next time. -Custom icy grass jelly with 5 toppings [sesame rice balls, taro ball, ice cream, sago, and Q mochi (taro mochi)]- This came with a side of creamer. I really enjoyed both the flavor and toppings in the custom icy grass jelly!! The ratio of toppings was better for sure, but it is a more expensive option. I'd probably still go for this option next time. The restaurant is more or less self-service. It is self-seating. You first order at the kiosk or counter, and then retrieve your order once your number is called. Later, you take your tray and clean up yourself. The interior can seat fairly large groups, maybe 20-40 people total depending on how you sit. One of the biggest obstacles to enjoying Meet Fresh is finding parking in the hectic and overcrowded parking lot. I'd find it hard to justify fighting to find parking for Meet Fresh until I had something else to also do in the plaza. Overall, our group had pretty mixed ratings, but I thoroughly enjoyed it. I'd recommend coming when you're willing to splurge on a custom dessert creation.
