I texted him the next day which was a Saturday asking him to call me when he had a chance, he called 15 minutes later and I told him the news. He said that he was working that day and would stop by between 3pm and 4pm. We waited around for him and he finally called me at 6:30pm to tell me he would not be able to make it. I understand that things happen but he could have le us know with a text or something so we did not sit around waiting for nothing. He apologized and said that he had nothing to do Sunday that he can come over to get deposit and sign contract. We agreed that he would call me about 12pm. Still haven't heard from him.
