It arrived damaged - the oven door never shut properly and grew progressively worse over time. There were many other issues. Some were safety related like spontaneous fireballs when the oven fan would blow out the flame on either of the back burners while propane continued to spew out. So we could not sell it even as damaged in good conscience. When we tried to contact Ferguson to seek guidance in the very beginning they immediately ghosted us and did not return a single phone call or email. We later found out that Viking's alleged two-year warranty does not apply if you live in a rural area so that was that and we eventually just had it hauled to the dump. Ferguson could have helped us but chose not to. My recommendation is to choose anyone but them.

Someone was standing and chatting with you. She had NO bag in her hand to indicate she had just purchased something. I did not stomp out, in fact, I said I would be back. There were no other customers in the store when I left. You have multiple reviews on how rude you are. It's not the first time; but it is definitely my last. Not only are you rude, but you also lie.
