So, we talked to them about our needs and they assured us they would get us on the books for an estimate. Thus, I came here and deleted my review as they seemed very sincere. Well, after 1 year of calling them back several times, getting multiple excuses, and absolutely no progress and/or follow through we finally have given up. It is absolutely mind boggling to us that a company would blow off a customer willing to spend their money with them; especially people as patient and understanding as we are. It is really sad how Coleman Creek Construction has wasted our time. If this is how they manage the beginnings of a project, I hate to think how they manage the actual project and construction. We have since found another contractor that has been absolutely great and responsive. I advise you to do the same as your time will be wasted with empty promises and excuses.

Structural, walls, appliances, hvac, electrical plumbing and so on, this was a major undertaking. Of course although we promised ourselves that we would stick to the final plans we couldn't help ourselves and added numerous modifications to the house. We are finally nearing the end of this process, we lived in the house during the renovation which is always a hard thing to do but CCC kept the house as clean as was possible. So what do we think of CCC. Instead of doing the right thing and being honest, he begged me to keep insurance out of this and offered to pay out of pocket for my damages. Okay, great. I went and got an estimate for repair and then it's crickets from him. Doesn't answer my calls, barely responds to me texting him MULTIPLE times. I let him know that I don't have time keep play games and will be filing a claim through his insurance... You can see where this is going. After being sent on a wild goose chase trying to figure out if this guy is insured or not, State Farm informs me that he called 15 minutes after the accident to set up coverage and will not be covering my damages since it was not active at the time of the accident. What kind of business owner doesn't carry car insurance? He has since then threatened to sue me for defamation of character and said I'm trying to "extort him for money" LMAO. I decided to google his name and quickly learned what kind of guy he is. So, do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

Charles came in and gave us an estimate and approximate time it would take for him to lay our beautiful ceramic tile floor. We bought and had delivered all the items he would need to do the job; tile and grout. He was great in giving us all the amounts we'd need. We also helped the cost by making sure the floor was ready for him, scraped up all the old LVP and linoleum that was underneath, swept everything and emptied the areas he'd be working. Charles and Mike arrive on the day he arranged with us, ready to work. We had him set up in the garage for his convenience so that we could lock up his equipment while he worked on the floor. He's very meticulous in his layout and execution; is full of information, and really knows what he's doing. His assistant, Mike was friendly and while he's still in the learning phase of this type of work, he was always moving and learning. They made a fantastic team. By the time they were finished, we had a beautiful floor in the entryway, living room, and both bathrooms as well as the halls leading to the bedrooms. If you are looking for an artist when it comes to laying ceramic tile, this guy should be your choice. Not only is he good, knowledgeable, and dependable, his bid was the most reasonable.
