The 2-months leading up to my foot surgery I was trying everything and anything to improve my…read moregeneral wellness and the overall condition of my feet, prior to the surgery. Besides needing surgery to repair tendons and ligaments as well as to clean-up arthritis and remove a couple of bone spurs on my right foot, I was suffering from planters fantasia in my left foot. Sandy listened to all my complaints, I'm also peri-menopausal, she was very sympathetic and came up with a treatment plan; first to get me ready for my surgery then to help with my other symptoms. Sandy suggested a couple of changes in my diet and supplements and went to work on my feet. Thus I was mostly living my life in a sudafed fog. Within weeks of acupuncture and herbal therapy I noticed a dramatic improvement and after a few months I was no longer reliant on antihistamines. I rarely use them these days. Through the course of getting to know Sandy and working on my allergies I mentioned that I had somewhat chronic pain in my arms from spending too many years at a computer. This started an ongoing series of treatments for that which has helped a lot. Sandy uses a variety of treatments for RSI taken from her own personal experience in her former corporate career.
