I was on Clubhouse and I heard a discussion about prescriptions/nutrient absorption. This made me wonder how well any medicine, whether prescription, OTC or supplement was working for me. I sought out a naturopath because my labs from the MD always come back perfect. I happened upon Origin Health Center. Don't sleep on this place! There is science here. They will work with your MD e.g. more testing and analysis and evaluate whether you need anything. My labs are always perfect! OHC recommended an additional test that isn't in the standard battery. I recently posted my review on Google and I thought I would share here as well :) This practice is so wonderful, I don't even know where to begin! I was diagnosed with stage IV breast cancer back in Nov. 2022. I found them after a friend of mine recommended receiving vitamins intravenously to help during my chemo treatment. I've been coming here for maybe 2 months or so on a weekly basis for IV Glutathione + Vitamin C push injections. The office environment is serene, yet the staff is very efficient. The service is top notch, from the receptionist/medical assistant to both doctors. They've been very helpful with any medical questions related to the injection. This has been the only thing so far, among many things I've tried, to feeling even marginally better with my Hashimoto Thyroid and fibromyalgia issues. First visit with Cindy and it was great. She took the time to explain the procedure and made sure I was comfortable during the entire process. A few things to note, it is much better to email her than to call, parking can be a bit challenging so get there early and walk around the neighborhood. Finally, you'd have to create an account on the website and schedule the appointment and you will prepay. So make sure you adhere to any cancellation requirements if you want a refund. Origin's is great place to get quality treatments for overall well being. It's a very cute, extremely clean place and it's located in a very good area. I haven't gone in a while since the pandemic, but I plan on returning very soon to get Microneedling and PRF injections. I have received consistent, incredible, lifesaving care from both Dr. Kaila and Dr. MannVy since 2018. When I began to show signs of mystery illnesses, I went from a job as a personal trainer,a mother of two toddlers, a chef, and runner, to practically bedridden, and no immune system-in my mid 20s. When I started IV therapy with Dr Kaila, I was able to function again. Within my first week, I had 3 IVs, as it was the only thing that made me feel better--suddenly I stopped getting norovirus and strep every time I volunteered at my children's co-op preschool. The doctor was nice but this was a waste of money. I submitted a contact form and never received a response so I called to make an appointment. The " comprehensive health and wellness initial exam " was literally a 15 minute questionnaire that you can complete yourself, blood pressure check and temperature check-and it costs $295.00. I then completed blood work and emailed them with the results...no response. I emailed again and the doctor called to set up a follow up. At that appointment she gave me my " detox plan " which was just a bunch of overpriced supplements. After the detox would be the weight loss plan except I never received any communication them after that. Not very professional. read more

I had been dealing with some fatigue and bloating for quite some time before I finally realized that this wasn't normal and something needed to be done. I did not just want to mask the symptoms anymore; I just wanted to get to the bottom of it. That's when I found Origin Health. Dr Kaila was very kind, patient and attentive. After a thorough assessment and blood test results, I found out I had an excess amount of yeast in my body; As, well as some food sensitivities that I was unaware of. Dr Kaila suggested an anti- candida cleanse and IV therapy to complement and assist with energy levels. At first, I didn't think I would be able to stick with the cleanse, it seemed daunting, but I was pleasantly surprised. She gave me some tools to help me stick to the program, and the IV therapy helped with energy levels. A week into the cleanse the bloating was gone, I had lost noticeable weight and my nightly cravings were under control. I felt more energized and vibrant for the next 2 months. I had to put the cleanse on hold for a few weeks late December, early January due to a loss in the family. I had just started the last phase of the cleanse, which heals the GI system. During this time, I went back to my old eating habits, and could immediately feel the unpleasant moodiness, fatigue and bloating. I felt a bit discouraged. Both Dr Kaila and Lina were very sympathetic when I informed them of what was going on. I have restarted the cleanse, and within just a few days many of the symptoms have sub-sided. Chronic Fatigue - Autoimmune Issues - Hypothyroid I came to Origin Health Center for my chronic fatigue, autoimmune issues like vitiligo and Hashimoto's or hypothyroidism. I can tell you that I did not have the strength to open the door of the clinic on my first visit and after 6 visits I bounce in hopping up and down and smiling. I got the full bag of nutrients, usually called Myer's Cocktail but at Origins they have it listed as Nutritional IV Therapy. Like I said it took 6 visits to start feeling SO MUCH better. I went once a week for 6 weeks and now I will be going once a month. Week 1: You would think that after a full bag of nutrients I would feel something --- more energy, anything ---- no, nothing. If I could I would give origin health center 10 stars . I have been seen weekly here for the past 3 months and it has truly changed my life. Every week I come in for a b complex injection and a glutathione push. After having blood work and a hair test done at another facility I learned that my b levels and antioxidant levels are significantly low. So the treatments I receive at origin health center, revive me and help me feel like a person again!! Prior to receiving treatments I was extremely fatigued and would constantly be sick. I've been struggling to loose weight for the last five years. I've tried doing it myself but nothing seemed to work. Going on diets, going to the gym, but the weight wasn't budging. Two months ago, i went to see Dr. ManVy at Origin Health Center and she ran a whole bunch of labs for me, reviewed my medical records, and gave me a treatment plan to get my health in order and at the same time loose weight (major concern). As of today, i've lost 10 pounds, and 5 inches off my waist. In addition to that, my thyroid hormone is now back to normal level, i have more energy, and feel better overall.
