My husband spent over $300 on a new air conditioner. We got it home only to find it covered in dog hair, leaking, and clearly used. It was absolutely disgusting. Then today, we came back to buy paint. The employee assured us the paint was white, but when we got home, we discovered they had given us red paint instead. Lowe's, you really need to do better. This level of quality control and customer service is unacceptable.

Sometimes 500 screw choices is too much. Finding help can be hard. But I usually find what I need and leave happy. One good thing is the new My Lowe's account. You get points for your purchases, and that adds up to discounts. I'm in! Just get the Lowes app and give the cashier your phone number. I've already got 4 or 5 discounts, and it helps! The app also will tell you what aisle and bin you're looking for. That's great! I use it a ton. Thanks Lowe's, your several steps ahead of Home Depot.

I am extremely disappointed in the first half of my experience at this location. Upon arrival, I…read morewas greeted by Iris, who was dressed unprofessionally with her midriff exposed--completely inappropriate for a formalwear establishment. From the start, she was pushy and dismissive, immediately demanding that I fill out a rental tuxedo form for the wedding party without taking the time to actually listen to what I was saying. I explained multiple times that I was only there to get my fiancé measured for sizing purposes, and that I wasn't planning to rent from this location (we wanted to BUY) since I doubted they carried the color or fit we needed. Despite this, Iris insisted over and over that "this is our process" and refused to proceed unless I filled out the form--something I knew wasn't necessary. When I pointed out the exact suit I wanted my fiancé to try on just for size, she outright refused to let him try it and continued to push the paperwork. Her attitude only got worse--eye-rolling, scoffing, and blatantly ignoring what I was asking for. It was clear she had no interest in actually helping us and seemed more focused on forcing her way through a rigid process than offering customer service. She then abruptly walked away and handed us off to another associate. That associate was Jordan--thankfully. He was everything Iris was not: professional, respectful, and actually willing to listen. He immediately helped my fiancé into a suit, took accurate measurements, and confirmed that they didn't carry the color we needed. He didn't make us fill out a pointless form and instead offered helpful suggestions on where to find what we were looking for. He turned the entire experience around and deserves full credit for that. In the end, just as I originally said, we didn't need to fill out the form because they didn't offer what we were looking for. Iris wasted our time, made the experience stressful, and treated us with complete disregard. She lacks basic listening skills, interrupts constantly, and approaches customer interaction with an inflexible, almost combative attitude. If she's going to work in a customer-facing role, she needs serious training in professionalism and communication. Jordan saved this from being a 1-star review. His excellent service was the only redeeming part of our visit. I highly recommend working with him--just hope you don't get stuck with Iris first.

You have to walk the isles just to see all the different things they carry. You never know what you might find. You'll end up buying something you didn't know you wanted till you saw it.
