I brought my sewing machine in for cleaning. I was told the machine would be taken apart,…read moredegreased, cleaned and oiled. When I got it home it was obvious it had not been cleaned. The motor cover was coated with blook soot (it wiped off easily). I wiped soot off the motor and it was also under the motor. The machine looked the same as when I brought it in. I took pictures for proof. I called and complained and was told to bring it back. Why would I want to go back when such a poor job was done the first time? I do not recommend this shop for machine care!

After 5 minutes or so she comes back and she says that it's stuck behind a pallet. She called over to a guy and ask for help. the guy end up being the manager of the store. He told me that he was not going to get the chair out because it was behind other pellets that he would have to move. He kept telling us to go online and order it but we wanted it then. He also said "it will take me an hour and I'm not doing that on a Saturday afternoon" I was very disappointed and will now consider taking my business elsewhere.

I have experienced excellent customer service. Recently I was looking for an olive oil container that I had previously purchased at another location, but somehow in a move lost it. I asked the cashier and since I was the only one in line--she took me to their little laptop, looked up the item, found it wasn't in the store, saw they couldn't order it, but directed me to login to my Explorer account, helped me do so (I was holding my 7month old baby), wrote down a coupon code, helped me figure out how to order the item--took us like 10 minutes and was super helpful, accommodating and cheerful. We've been to a lot of BABW locations in different states, and this one is one of the better ones in regards to consistency of positive experiences. I applaud the management for having such a great all-around store! The only thing I would change about this store is really more of a complaint in regards to BABW as a whole, and that is that it can be such a pricey experience! I have two children, and if I don't have coupons and reward points to turn in, it can very quickly turn into an $80 visit. It would be nice if they ran more sales on the clothing and accessories. It seems the only "clearance" clothes we ever find are licensed merchandise (Jonas Brothers, High School Musical, etc.) and things geared toward girl shoppers. (Mine are boys.) The only other "sales" I see are usually on the bears/animals as they are discontinuing.
