The friendly staff helped me to evaluate the cost and options of stretching myself versus having it professionally done. Everyone I interacted with genuinely seemed to enjoy their jobs and assisting customers. Thankfully I'd parked at a friends place nearby and walked over as I do not think there is a lot for the business and I hate trying to find parking in midtown.

Hi, I just want to share about my experience on Saturday July 18. When we walked in, there was a…read morequeue of people, but several open tables. I walked up to the young person at the desk and said hi. We did not have a reservation, but we would like to know where we can sit and she stared at me and said that she needed to check out the other customers and then she would let me know. We stood around for about 15 minutes and my niece was anxious to sit down, so did sit at a table. My husband and I went back up to the front while my niece and sister and her husband were walking around. At that time we walked back up to the front and two people are completely ignoring us while we're standing there. There's been several people walking in behind us and sitting at tables. As we are standing there, one of the people looked over at my niece and points and says what are they doing there? They then proceed to go over to a child and tell them that they cannot sit there. That's when I interrupted and said we've been waiting to see where we can sit we are happy to go anywhere and this person completely ignored us and the other girl at the front said she wasn't sure. We're standing there. People are behind us. People are walking up to the queue and the person that approached my niece ignored all of them until a lady spoke up and said she was here to pick up and then they said oh I thought you were with that party. The customer service was awful. We actually came here to help brighten up the spirits of my sister who had had an awful day. It took an hour just to get her to come out of the house and I did not make a reservation because I was not sure that we would be able to get her motivated to come. We were hoping that this would be a stress-free experience as the sign on the door says and something that would really bring her some joy instead it made her so upset and Feeling unwelcome. I was finally able to ask about some boxes that were sitting on a table to see is there anyway we could move to this two top while the rest of the party stand so that my niece and my sister could paint something small. The girl looked clueless, but said OK sure and went and moved the boxes off the table. I just felt like it would be appropriate to share this with the owner or the leadership team as there were several other patrons that were really ignored and this was not a great experience. Even if we didn't have a reservation acknowledging when we came in and providing us direction, would've been helpful instead of having us stand around while other people sat down and then have a child being approached and told to move.

Naturally, the owner has his own art on display throughout the store which really complicated matters since he did not want his art photographed and I wanted to capture the inside of the building.. I tend to ask permission before I start clicking because artists are afraid of having their art copied. Anyway the problem was that I could not get a complete picture of the inside of this gallery which was in a very cool historic structure. No problem. If you are looking for art classes, the owner provides one-on-one instruction to assist you in tapping into your inner talent. After you have completed your art you can then have it custom framed right at the shop. I have to say that the selection of frames seemed a bit limited and that he primarily carries simple wooden frames in varies stains and hues. If you want it simple and understated, you can find something here but if you want something unique, you may have to look elsewhere. Finally, this is a great place to snag souvenir tees (in color or black and white), at a great price.

They also have a wide variety of tshirts, hoodies and even sweatpants for you printing project needs. The staff are both friendly and helpful. They are also complying with social distancing regulations and limiting the store to 10 people inside at a time.
