Once again, I was greeted by a young man who was incredibly helpful, and I ended up purchasing several beautiful pieces. One of my favorites is this stunning red, white, and blue African print sequin dress--I absolutely love, love, love it! I was shopping for a friends wedding and was on a time crunch. I found this store on Google and called prior to give details on what I needed. The associates were kind enough to save a couple items for me to try on and both items were exactly what I needed. Cost for Traditional Men's attire was about $160 with tax. The store has MANY items and all types of fabrics. I highly recommend if you are in need of something authentic. They Accept many forms of payment to include Apply Pay and I believe all sales are Final which is expected for a small business. read more

I usually have to go into Atlanta, and then the prices are a highway crime. This location is in plain sight off the beaten path. Does that make sense? No? That's because while it's on a main thoroughfare, it's an isolated building with a deep ragged driveway. If you blink, you'll miss it. Anyhoo, they had a lot of selections. However, the store was so small and tight that getting around became an issue. The guy was nice, albeit not knowledgeable about how to tie anything. He advised us to watch YouTube videos, which was weird..then again, maybe he didn't know so it was all good. I did love what I bought and will patronize them again. I will issue a warning: they have a discount, no refund rack. This is most likely stuff that people but for something like Black History Month and return March 1st. The outfit my daughter got was slightly dirty when we got it home, so beware. This is why I gave this place four stars. read more

Do not buy these clothes. If you order online there is a NO Refund policy on their website and that is what they will quote. I've never heard of a store that you buy clothes online but wont let you get a refund for clothes that don't fit. I talked to Peter and while he was polite enough, all that was offered was a store credit. I had no problem paying the restocking fee but to be force to continue with a purchase off clothes that don't fit is ridiculous. read more

I was extremely excited to find this store located just a few miles from my home. I went in today with the hopes of doing some major shopping... fabrics, tops, skirts and even a few items for my son. I walked in and there was only one person working. Even after asking for help she completely blew me off and was only interested in helping the other two men that were in the store. I walked around for about 20 minutes giving her an opportunity to come back to me and she never did. Not sure if she was the owner but it was horrible customer service. We were in search of fabric for a traditional African wedding headwrap called a Gele. They had many options as well as courteous service. It's a bit difficult to see from the road so I had to call and be directed. They also have nice African clothing and fabrics for many special occasions. You can shop their online but the options I found there were different and gave me better choices to chose from. Also, the price was reasonable I purchased 2 fabrics for about $24.00! There aren't other stores such as this near me so this was a good find. read more

Excellent experience with their Customer Service! Before we placed our order, I had called their customer service & was told that the 2 pc suit we were interested in would come with a matching cap. So we placed the order and received it in a few days. Upon opening the package, the cap was not included, so I called them again. I spoke to David who explained to me that there was no cap for that 2 pc suit. Of course I was alittle annoyed, but whatever, so I asked him if he could look into finding something that could match and something not so pricey. He called me right back, found something that could work and even went over & above his job - he got his Supervisor to waive the cost of the cap & shipping! I didn't even have to ask him to do that! NOW THAT IS TOP NOTCH SERVICE (which is rarely provided these days)! Very happy! Thank you Dupsie's!!! And thank you DAVID! read more

This is my third time buying from Dupsie's and was not pleased with the finish product of the garment. I can sew so therefore when l get a garment not sewn properly thats an issue. Dupsie you need to treat your customers right and not them having to re-sew the garment so that it will not open at the seams when worn. read more
