It was awkward and quiet, the rep ringing up our items didn't speak a word to greet us, even after handing us the receipt. Everyone is entitled to a bad day but the entire store of workers all seemed to be having one! It was just a very bad experience which is why I just wait for sales and order online now.

This is my second visit, & this time around I had my strawberry passport, so they gave me a metal dragon fly that I can display in my garden. The store manager, David Haggerty, and his team handled my concern with outstanding responsiveness and professionalism. They resolved everything quickly, fairly, and to my full satisfaction -- with no extra fees or hassles. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but how a company responds makes all the difference. My husband and I needed a new recliner for a seat in our Motorhome. We stopped at La-Z-Boy home…read morefurnishings. As we entered, we were greeted by two very nice associates. They asked how they could help us. We explained our recliner in our Motorhome was worn out and needed to be replaced. I specified the color and that I wanted leather. My husband requested a recliner, non electric, one that would swivel and we preferred non rocking. We were shown dozens of recliners. Most all of them were either fabric or leather. But, we were assured any recliner could be custom built to our specifications. So, we were just, " Trying on" recliners to find the one that fit our needs and comfort level. Close to an hour later, we found the one. The one associate, Mr Martinez, took the time to explain how La-Z-Boy builds their furniture, from beginning to end. All made in America, which is very important to us. It's going to take 6 to 8 weeks for our recliner to be built. The time frame is a bit long for me, but we were promised we'd be very happy. Delivery was offered and we were very pleased to learn La-Z-Boy will deliver and set up the recliner in our Motorhome. This is a blessing to us as we are up there in age. We were very pleased with the service we received, the pleasant conversation and patience given to us. We know we're getting high quality furniture at a reasonable price, backed with a great warranty. We highly recommend you check La-Z-Boy first. Chances are, you'll find exactly what you need. You get what you pay for and you'll get excellent quality and service. A very clean atmosphere, no dust, plenty of parking, handicap parking, easy entrance, friendly people
