You see, she's seven months pregnant and cannot wear her wedding ring at the moment because her fingers are too swollen for any jewelry, and I know that this is something they were wrongfully judging us for. On our way out I heard one of the cashiers make a comment about the "shame of children being born out of wedlock" while staring at my wife as if she were Satan herself. Regardless of a store's religious aspects and beliefs, the staff have no right to pass judgement and or make such rude and disparaging remarks about their customers. We will not be returning to the store and we've already informed our friends and family of such a cold and judgmental store. I placed my order with FTD and they use local florists to complete their orders. Unfortunately, Maple City Floral did not meet any expectation of what was advertised on the website. Upon delivery the flowers were already wilting, the water was dirty and the color of the flowers were purple not the pink that was purchased. I am embarrassed that my mom receive such a horrible bouquet. FTD was kind enough to reimburse my fee but I want to make sure that Maple City Floral understands their role in this situation and how they are creating a bad reputation for FTD when they are not considerate of what they are delivering. If anyone choses to use Maple City Floral in the future, I encourage you to do so with caution.

I ordered a couch from Jugo on April 7, 2013. I spoke with Georg, the owner, the next day and he confirmed the item was in stock and that it would ship within 10 days. Over the course of the next several weeks I was given several expected arrival dates by Georg but the couch never showed up. After a long and frustrating experience trying to track it down, I finally moved to cancel my order on May 8. I was told I would receive a refund within 2 business days. 1 week later, I still had not received a refund. I was told by Georg that it was just processed and would be available within 2 more business days. It is now May 23 and I have still not received a reimbursement nor have I received any further communication from Georg. Working with Jugo has been one of the worst consumer experiences of my life. I ended up having to file a complaint with the BBB in order to get refunded. I have email documentation of this entire terrible experience. It is unfortunate that people like Jugo take advantage of consumers. They owe my over $2K.

Lots of patterns for quilts, bags, and all those notions and things that you did know that you needed. Recently I just attended a vintage sewing machine repair class, limited the number of students, social distanced and everyone was masked for the entirety of the class. I felt very safe. Also, the store is on the second floor. There is an elevator. During this COVID time, there are numbers on the first floor door to grab as they are only letting people in with a number. When the numbers are not hanging, you have to wait for a customer to return their number, then you can grab it and come it. It's a really nice system.
