The owner and sales staff treat you like you're family or a friend, not a big commission check. They do not pressure you into buying anything and help you purchase the perfect fit. They are also very knowledgeable of the products that they sell. They genuinely care about you and want you to be a repeat customer. I could tell that it was a great store when I heard customers boasting that they've shopped there for 25 years and overheard the staff making deliveries to towns that were over 50 miles away. When I'm going to make future purchases for my furniture I'm just going to skip going to Art Van and Gardner White and come here first.
