I was very impressed by the way she gave me a lot of attention, she did not ignore other shoppers and even continued doing her job. She was exceptional. I pointed this out and suggested I could buy some additional tools if the salesman gave me the price he quoted in the first place. This would loose him 2 dollars on the pencil but gain him 14 on the tools. So he wouldn't go for that so I just bought the pencil. When I asked if they carried an expensive type of glaze he said they did and walked away. I'm willing to spend more to buy local but not if you treat me badly when I shop with you. These were small items but I've been looking into some more expensive kilns and other supplies. I'm also the person who does a lot of the buying for a local art center.
