If I could leave zero stars I would. I've had Allstate insurance with Anthony for 5 years. I…read morerecently made a claim for my roof and it was denied. Anthony couldn't tell me why even though Allstate had already closed my claim. I had to play phone tag with with the adjusters myself to talk to them and hear their bogus reason as to why shingles being ripped off your roof due to severe wind storms and hail damage isn't covered. The roof inspector allstate sent to my home submitted double the amount of required photos purely from the hail damage and wind damage up there. If there is a 1% chance that the insurance can deny your claim they will. The advocacy from Anthony was non existent. If you want to be able to trust you are covered by insurance my advice would be to stay away from Allstate. I will be filing an appeal/taking this to court.

State Farm reviewed my coverage for my home, car and umbrella.. They reviewed everything and covered more than USAA for less than half my cost and gave me an additional deduction. I did not have to do anything except call USAA and cancel. It felt great to go back to a company I trust. USAA was simply horrible in many ways. I recommend any veteran to compare for themselves.
