What good can I even think to say! Staff not friendly or knowledgable, always have to wait at least…read more1/2 hr. Went in to get a form taken of my foot, they didn't have the material so I had to make another appointment. After five appointments with them we finally got the AFO brace. It won't fit in the shoe!! The doctor could see that, but just told me to buy a bigger shoe! Seemed totally uncaring! I ordered a bigger shoe, still won't fit. Called the doctor two or three times, never called me back! Eventually saw another doctor at the practice and he agreed that the brace would not fit in a shoe! He sent it back. Five appointments and a bunch of money spent....FOR NOTHING!

Im in the waiting room for 20 minutes, get ushered into the exam room. Dr. Campbell comes in, trims my nails and cuts a couple places on calluses with the same snippers , and gets me out in 2-3 minutes. Seems so hurried I'm afraid to ask more than rudimentary questions; like: how does the infection look? Is it going away? Then he says, "nice to see you," and it's time to get out. Last time he cut my calluses with nail clippers my skin split open in two places in the same locations. Every step caused horrible pain for a couple of weeks. I realize he's got a busy practice with lots of patients, and 6-week Medicare foot checks are probably not a great money-maker as compared to surgeries, but come on - he is getting paid, and my feet are important to me! Not going back

Just called for very basic information, called several days ago and yesterday. No call back at all…read more The person who answered was just very short and quite rude when letting me know the insurance situation. It's possible I would pay up front, my son is at UCSB so it's tough to come home. Definitely loads of opportunity to be nicer on the phone.

Unfortunately I will not be returning to this office. I will find a new doctor. The young lady at…read morethe desk is very cold, rude and condescending. People come to the doctor in pain and should not be treated this way. Although I do really like Lorie, It's important that the person at the front desk shows warmth, kindness, professionalism and respect. I got none of this today. Lorie and the "cold"young lady at the desk tried to tell me that this is the first time they've heard a complaint. If this is true then people don't speak up, don't come back. There is another review with the same type of opinion regarding the rudeness. I have always had exceptional service with Lorie but your staff is A representative of you and this young lady was not a positive representative. The other young lady that took me to the the room was very warm and friendly. Perhaps she's the one that should be at the front desk. First impressions are very important. Especially at a place of healing. Lorie has responded to my review. She gave me her personal cell and there is a number on her answering machine in case of an emergency. I did have my insurance card but it was in my car. The young lady at the desk was very rude. I already said this. You doctor were not present to see how she behaved. And you need to look at the other review only three months prior to mine. If you don't take appointments on the day that I came in, why were there other patients in your office? You did not care about how I was treated, you only want to defend the young lady who has little to no warm customer service skill or professional skill in my opinion. Many people won't speak up so this leaves me to wonder how many people don't come back. We can go any where to be mistreated. We especially don't want to be treated the way I was treated when we are in pain. The other young lady could teach the young lady that was rude some lessons. The young lady that took me to the room like I said was very warm, caring and polite.

I am NOT diabetic and my condition is genetic, but I did not expect the amount of degeneration and partial bone collapse. When O came in he said that he had already told his assistant that he assumed I was diabetic. When he verbally told me my degenerative diagnosis, there was ZERO compassion or understanding. I had slight tears well up In my eyes at the thought of possibly losing the ability to walk someday, but I intentionally did not let myself cry because he was such a dispassionate person. He said basically that it "is what it is" and basically told me to come back if my foot turned red or suddenly collapsed. He wrote on my chart notes that I had full sensation (which I don't) and that I came in for "foot casting" For orthotics, which I did not (since I already have my own orthotics and no casting or measuring was done). He didn't even write the diagnosis down that he verbalized to me, which would help me to plan for future doctors visits and treatment, time off for treatment, etc. When I called him out on this via "my chart", he did admit to the same condition he had verbalized, but ghosted my request to assure he write that diagnosis in my actual chart. He didn't really address if my pain was adequately under control because he assumed I had no pain, and said that most people with neuropathy have no pain and that I was unique. I can fully attest that many people with various types of neuropathy have substantial pain still. I left and will never come back. I'm actually glad that I had this experience, because I would never want someone with this little compassion to operate on me!
