My son was out on a job and lost his key. I called several places but really like the courtesy I got when I spoke with Yoshi. I told him we were still looking for the key and just wanted to get an idea on prices just in case. He gave me a range and told me to just give him a call back if i needed help. We were still unable to locate the key so I called back and he answered. I told him where the car was located and that my son and I would meet him there. By the time we got to the place my son had left his car Yoshi was there waiting for us with a brand new key he made from scratch. The key worked perfectly the first time without any issues. With me contacting a total of four locksmiths (emergency situation as I was locked OUT of my condo because of a bad front door handle) this is the only one that called me back...on a Friday night! In layman's terms I tried to describe the door handle I needed (a curvy brass one) and he knew exactly the one I meant. He even picked it up at a store on the way over. When he got there I could tell from his clothes he had been on his way to meet up with friends and I was really grateful that he would detour over to help me out. He very promptly and professionally swapped out the old door handle for the new one, took the time to greet my little dog, and went on his way. Easter morning 6 a.m. I locked myself and the dog I was caring for out of the house I was caring for...and my cell phone inside. Contacted these guys as they have the best rating on Yelp - and I am sure that they want to continue this as reputation is everything - Bosh did my install on a Tuesday (they seem pretty busy over the weekends). Great conversationalist and it was a nice experience - make sure that you get a price upfront if you require any drilling work as you don't want any surprises at the end. Roni was absolutely fantastic. We had four sticky security door tumblers. We thought they would need to be replaced. Instead, Shazam! Like magic, all four were fixed in no time, without having to be replaced. He made extra keys for us on the spot, after placing a towel under his key-making machine to catch the filings. The fact that this current 30 mile + windstorm in Denver hasn't blown my balcony french doors open is testament to Roni's work. A similar windstorm several weeks ago forced open our balcony doors, which is a really big problem for an owner of two cats. I found Roni on Yelp.
