It is convenient and most importantly, providing world class medicine to individuals and families due to the expertise so close at hand at the main facilities in Philadelphia. While my PCP (Personal Care Physician) is right there, my cardiologist and urologist are right downtown 30 minutes away. They have an excellent online presence where I can schedule appointments, see lab results and exchange messages with my doctor and staff. The time saved from telephone holding is tremendous, and worth the price of admission. This technology really works. I feel integrated into their network, as all my doctors use the same site, called My PennMed. Now that I am finally catching up with my health maintenance delayed by Covid the past two years, I am feeling more confident that I am taking care of myself the right way again with the help of the PennMed health system. Through these changes, he has continued to be an excellent practitioner. He also has the best sense of humor of any doctor I have known. Always a hoot to have the annual checkup and leave chuckling despite having to drop my drawers and cough. The prostate exam is never fun, but at least he knows all the jokes and can keep me distracted. For my male friends, once you reach 40 you should be thinking about keeping your plumbing working efficiently, and your sex life as strong as possible. Start getting check ups early, and you can feel more confident that you can have a happy and healthy long and intimate life.

Urine collected in a specimen jar sits open uncapped i guess until someone decides to cap it, if it's sent for cytology it will almost definitely return labeled "dirty field" because it collected dust. The prostate exam they call it DRE or digital rectal exam is a joke, they are in and out you so fast unless you had a gross pathology ( growth or hemorrhoid ) nothing would be properly detected , yet they charge you for a DRE. They are supposed to be feeling the circumference of the rectum, the size and shape and texture of the prostate gland, this is not being performed correctly It's done too fast to feel anything out of order, going through the motions and collecting insurance at the cost of your health! Its not comfortable, it also does not hurt if you relax and not rushed through it, bedside manner and the hippocratic oath went out the window!! As a retired medical practitioner , I can guarantee you this is incorrect and unprofessional! At one location the desk staff is nasty and short acting as if they know more than you until they see Dr. in front of your name then they get quiet when you medically challenge them! Jefferson health "Used to be" very excellent, there is a reason the top doctors are leaving there and going elsewhere, it seems jefferson is more concerned with rushing through as many patients as possible in the shortest time and trying to by up real estate everywhere!

Girl, I don't know what you have going on in your life, but obviously the focus is not MEDICINE. NOTE: all the other others ....agree with me that she is so high on her horse that she can't see the ground. Some years ago, when she first opened (because I have serious urological issues that now fall into-- get it "Womens pelvic health"...) I went to her because of my very serious, very painful and incurable issues and they knew the issues well. I received treatments that helped me tremendously. HOWEVER, this was the beginning of a very serious health journey, and so some of this got put on the back burner.... But, this year those challenges have reared their ugly heads.... I called the office to make an appointment and was told that there was a $300 outstanding insurance co-pay. It happens.... I said I'll be happy to pay for it. They said you'll have to call a different number. I said OK give me the number. And an appointment.... And this is when I wanted to reach through the phone and choke that doctor .....If anybody can find her, I don't know if she exists. I never did ever meet her. I was told, because I owed this amount, that I was now placed in Doctor Molden's BED DEBT NO MORE A PATIENT file! And I said well, I'll pay for it and then I can see Dr. Molden.., I'm really suffering... And, she said, no, you're now a bad debt, so we can't see you anymore... WHAT THE?!?! I don't know what else to say. She obviously needs with all these reviews to pull her stuff together... get off that pedestal... hit the ground hard.... find some empathy, caring, and most of all ....how about medical professionalism ?!?! I think part of her oath, which I doubt she took, actually addresses the fact that no doctor should cause pain or suffering.... And guess what Dr Molden, there's lots of people out there doing what you're doing now and I'm now seeing one of them and they really exist. I see the doctor... They don't send out nurse practitioner to care for you. Which by the way, I have no problem with whatsoever, but, I would expect to have a relationship with the doctor as well. I wonder if those PAs get her level of salary.?!.. because they're actually doing all her work, as far as I can see. PS anyone who follows me, knows I have never written more than a couple of scathing reviews, because I realize that restaurants have problems in the kitchen..everyone has staff problems ...Services sometimes run into problems, stuff happens, But this isn't "stuff". This is her way of doing business.... (I'm not mentioning doing medicine, because, she's not doing medicine for me ....or a lot of people, as far as I can see)... When it becomes a health problem for people who need to seek medical care, I am happy to add this one in... And she's one of the very few doctors that plasters her picture all over the place. Fill them out and bring them with you along with a huge list of other stuff. Keep everything handy as they'll call to have you read it to them. It's not a best practice - those that can enter the stuff on a web form should be able to do so. I write it then read it to someone who keys it? That's broken. When you get there you'll pay in advance. Staff is friendly and thorough. Maria was very nice as she took my vitals. Dr Cutler was on time and on point. He was direct and easy to understand. All good despite my misgivings about the medical profession in general and modern bureaucratic insane-o office procedures.
