But to turn around and try and charge $300 for a battery which the battery is new, we just bought the truck 3 months ago. Then to do an engine flush-which may have been necessary if the sensor was fixed and the screens were cleaned and then to do a full synthetic oil change when the oil change was just done as well. And the best part is the check engine light came right back on no more than 2 hours after picking up the truck. Absolutely a joke of a shop, way overpriced and like to dig for everything else to nickel and dime you overman actually fix the problem!!!

Very disappointing experience with Custom Offsets…read more I purchased a set of Blaque Diamond BD-O102 wheels through Custom Offsets. After installation, my truck developed severe vibration at highway speeds, particularly above 65 mph. I have already spent approximately $400 out of pocket having a professional shop mount, balance, remount, and attempt to rebalance the setup. The shop has been unable to get the assemblies to balance properly. They keep requiring additional weight, and the severe vibration remains. I contacted Custom Offsets expecting them to stand behind what they sold me. Instead of accepting a return or providing a reasonable solution, I was told to go back to a shop and have the wheels/tires mounted and balanced again, meaning I would have to spend even more money trying to diagnose a product that already isn't functioning properly. My biggest issue isn't simply that there is a problem with the wheels. Products can have defects. It's how the problem has been handled after the sale. I've already spent hundreds of dollars trying to resolve it and provided an invoice showing the work performed. I don't think a customer should have to keep paying different shops over and over before a company stands behind the products it sells. At this point I'm pursuing the matter through Katapult, which financed/leased the wheels, rather than continuing to spend my own money on repeated balancing attempts.

If you already know what's wrong with your car and you tell them what you want they are not bad mechanics but if you go there and you don't know what you're talking about they will take advantage over you and screw you for every dime. I needed to get my axle fixed and I knew exactly what was wrong with it. I took it there and they told me everything up to my steering column was gone and needed to be replaced.
