I looked online and found that Luke's Garage had a 5+ rating for all of those things. I honestly have never had a mechanic be so honest. I came in thinking all of these things were wrong, and Luke told me that everything looks great and explained to me the reason for the little noise I was having. He very easily could have told me that my brakes needed replacing, among other things, (as I thought that's what I needed). Instead, he took the time to explain everything to me and let me know that everything looks good. He even offered to rotate my tires free of charge, since the car was up on the jacks anyway. In addition, the waiting area is very nice and welcoming. Really friendly and honest staff. I never write reviews, but I had to for this experience. I will definitely be back if ever needed. $45 spent for a brake check is refreshing, when I thought I'd be paying nearly $1,000 or more.

He said, "We didn't do one, that's extra" to which I replied that on the website, the alignment check is free (see additional picture). He stated, "well it should have asked you to check a box when you set up your order". So we didn't a mock order on my phone; same tires, no checkbox. "Huh, that must be new...". I have had the BEST experience with this mechanic. The Manager, Joe, has gone above and beyond to keep me in the "loop" with my car and its repairs. I blew a head gasket in De Pere and called up Auto Aces. They got my car in the same day, did a full diagnostic for me and began repairs immediately. Blowing a head gasket in a 2007 Subaru Impreza WRX is a big deal that involves taking the whole engine apart. Joe and his crew have taken special care of my "baby" and have gone above and beyond to fix it. Even finding small leaks that needed to be repaired. When I called the Subaru Dealership regarding my blown head gasket, they wanted over $4,000 to fix it! Auto Aces fixed my car for HALF of what the dealership wanted. As a picky customer regarding Mechanics, Joe and his crew at Auto Aces are the BEST AROUND!! GO THERE! You will not be disappointed. Amazing customer service.
