Over the years, I have used auto aces multiple times for multiple cars. I find them to be a bit more expensive than other mechanics in the area, but I use them because they are close to home. I needed a repair done, and called over a week in advance and spoke with Cheyenne. She said that my vehicle would be done for sure in one day so we made an appointment for the following week. So, I dropped my car off the night before to have to looked at right in the morning. I got a call at 8am that they looked at my car, and this is what it needed and would be done later in the day. I called back at 5:15pm, and the guy that answered the phone told me it wasn't ready yet. I asked him when he thought it would be ready, and he instantly got an attitude with me. I don't think my question was unreasonable nor did it get angry that it wasn't ready. He starts rattling off everything they did, and what they still needed to do. I'm not unintelligent when it comes to car repairs, and I know what they needed to do should have taken 4 hours tops. Why they had my car all day and then get mad when I ask a question was really weird. He then told me my car would be ready in the morning- even though I was told twice it would be done the same day, whatever I had the next day off anyway. Later in the evening Cheyenne calls me to tell me that my car is ready. So we went to pick it up, and at least it came in under budget. I always find her very pleasant and knowledgeable to work with. The guy however, was a world class asshole. Based upon that interaction alone, I won't bring my own car here anymore, but others in my household probably will. When you are shelling out a few grand for a repair, you kind of expect to at least get a phone call if they are running behind in the repair time. And they damn well better be nice when you call for an update! read more

Absolutely amazing service! My car had been making a pretty bad rattling sound. I had taken it to the dealership where I was told that it would be over $1000 to fix. I was able to get in at Auto Aces for a second opinion. Bill was able to explain what the problem was and how they could fix it for just about $100. He made sure I understood what the problem was, the solution that the dealership was suggesting, and the solution that they were confident they could do for far less. I was so incredibly happy with the service, communication, and price. No reason for me to take my car to the dealership for work any more, I trust Auto Aces far more! read more

These people will go out of their way to help their customers feel safe and informed. My mom had had an oil change appointment scheduled with Auto Aces, but drove my car over the weekend and had major concerns about my brakes. Auto Aces allowed us to bring my car in for the brake concerns in place of my mom's oil change. They expected to be doing a half hour job but instead did a 3+ hour job for my car - on a Monday, too! I can't stress enough that these people care about their customers and will take time out of their day to help them. read more

I was recommended this service station by a coworker and I'm so glad that they did they went well beyond what I asked of them I got an oil change and alignment tire rotation and balance it was economical. I was trying to get ready to go to Texas to visit my brother when my check engine light came on. I was scared I thought something was seriously wrong but they put the car on the computer and all it was was dirt around the gas cap. Then I had a blinker that burned out I took it there and they replaced it for free no charge! I highly recommend Auto Aces. Saved my assphalt! In GB for the Packer Game from AZ and developed a tin rattling sound from a wheel. It's late PM on a Friday and heading back the next day, hopefully! I explained my dilemma and AA took a can do attitude. They got me in immediately and found a piece of WI asphalt in the wheel. No charge but so damned happy to offer a tip that they resisted to accept but I can be convincing. Sure love how they treated me. GB...just got to love this part of the country. read more
