Where do I start…read more.. My daughter and I booked makeup for a special occasion and arrived on time, only to sit waiting while our makeup artist arrived about 15 minutes late... coffee in hand. We brought inspiration photos and were crystal clear about wanting a natural, dewy look. My daughter specifically requested no foundation. Neither request was respected. Instead, we both ended up with heavy, matte makeup that looked nothing like what we had asked for. She aged me about 10 years. We were so unhappy that we both washed it off and redid our own makeup. The false lashes were the icing on the cake. Instead of trimming and fitting them properly, they were slapped on, didn't fit correctly, and were then painfully pulled off. No adhesive remover, no attempt to reposition them--just ripped off. I was still charged for lashes that I never even left wearing, and my eye was irritated for a few days after. Paying extra for something that wasn't successfully applied is hard to justify. Throughout the appointment I felt rushed because another client was already waiting. The repeated comments asking if I'd "ever worn mascara before" were patronizing and made me feel talked down to instead of cared for. The makeup station itself was cluttered and disorganized. Products were mixed all over hands and arms, and I never observed brushes being sanitized between clients. Whether they were cleaned out of my sight or not, the workspace did not inspire confidence. For nearly $170 after tax, I expected someone who would listen to their clients, respect the look they asked for, and provide a professional experience. Instead, we left feeling ignored, overcharged, and wondering if the inspiration photos were simply treated as suggestions. Needless to say, I won't be back.

I personally thought there could have a few more colour selections for the regular polish as I wasn't able to find the colors I wanted. I was there for an hour and 20 mins. Prices were on par with other salons. Quality was good. Also they gave me a loyalty card, 6 stamps to 10% off as well as a hand lotion.
