I drained the 2-3" of standing water (do to alternate/old drain field failing, I told them of this up front and that it needed to be switched back to new field). Anyway, drained water, dug down by the pipes that stick above ground to find tank cover. Did not find it so I called to ask if they could finish. They said call the county and see if they have a map so I can find my cover. I reiterated my desire they come and locate cover and pump tank and owner/manager told secretary to say no. I told them before I had a lot of family coming this week. Seems they are unwilling to help even when I went to the store and bought a pump to help dry things out as best I can

As a result of the clog, our driveway was flooded and it came close to flooding our garage floors, Advantage sent to service guys the day after I called, and a separate truck with a huge pump and power spraying capability. They used the up to 8000psi pump to shot a powerful stream of water into both ends of the drain tile. It took about 45 minutes to unclog and clean the tile. They used all of their 400 gallon water tank and did a great job! About $600.
