Despite the reviews, I stopped in and the folks were so nice and friendly. They helped me out with cash for the machines. While I waited, I watched one of the employees (Chris) ask an older couple if he could help them. Another lady put too much soap in a small machine and I watched Chris help her out. Sure there were machines out of order but there were lots of "thank you's" and "have a good day's". Sometimes that's all you need nowadays.

No mention of a refund or repair of the item was mentioned. My wife then called to inquire about a refund and was disrespected by the female owner (blonde). While at work the next day, the male owner called my wife and told her that we were no longer allowed to use them as a business (we had already decided to go to Waynesville). These people suck at customer service and are obviously from Florida because they are extremely rude.
