I cannot say enough great things about Jared and Dylan. They are two of the most talented,…read moreprofessional, and dedicated individuals I have had the pleasure of working with throughout my refinance process. From start to finish, they made everything incredibly smooth and stress-free. Whenever they requested documentation or information, I made sure they received it within 24 hours, and they consistently stayed on top of every detail to keep the process moving forward efficiently. What stood out most was their communication. Jared and Dylan were always responsive, transparent, and easy to work with. They took the time to listen to my needs, understand my goals, and ultimately helped me achieve exactly what I was hoping for. Because of the outstanding experience I had, I fully intend to return next year and would gladly work with them again. In fact, they are currently helping my mother and brother with their home purchase, which speaks volumes about the trust and confidence my family has in them. Thank you, Jared and Dylan, for everything you did for my family and me. Your hard work, professionalism, and commitment to your clients truly set you apart. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and dependable team.

He wasn't pushy and I felt like he genuinely wanted to help me. Since it was no money out of my pocket, I, of course, moved forward. Unfortunately I was unable to refi with him at this time but I will definitely be calling him back specifically to help me when my situation changes.

Absolutely the most frustrating experience I have ever had with a service-based company. After…read moreworking with the company to get information on what they do and what services they provide, the first salesman had lied to me and told me that they were "contracted by the VA" to do the work they were doing. After dealing with this conundrum, I looked them up on LinkedIn. You would think their posts would be about helping veterans if that is what they trully cared about, but no. All of their posts are glazing their salesmen and celebrating their "top producers". Feel free to see for yourself: https://www.linkedin.com/company/mvpfunding After denying his future calls due to the dishonestly, that salesman's manager called to admit the lie and offered to work with me personally. I told him I wasn't interested at that exact moment, and was still badgered with calls. They would call during times I was not available, and when respectfully telling him that, he still pushed over the phone and would ignore my protest and roll into an unsolicited sales pitch under the guide of "helping me". I finally had to get stern and tell them they will be contacted when I am ready. Weeks later, I get ANOTHER call with the same tactics. They called during a busy time at work, and I mentioned I had no time to talk. The salesman pushed, demanded I set up a time with them to talk and went into a spiel about them being so eager to "help me" understand my benefits. I had to get extremely stern again and tell him I fully understand, and I will not be forced into their demands and would call them if I MYSELF decided to. The salesman got rude, told me I didn't have to "waste my words" and cut the call. The worst bout of children masquerading as salesmen I have ever had to deal with. I never write reviews, but after my experience, I had to. These guys see you (the veteran) as nothing more than a sale. A dollar sign. Nothing more.

He helped me get prequalified very quickly and walked me through each step since it was my first time applying for a mortgage. Vance was able to find me a mortgage with interest rate of 3.0% which is much better than I was expecting. Once I had found a home, Vance also kept me informed about what was happening with the finances at each step of the home buying process and would call to walk me through the paperwork with each new step in the process. He definitely made the home buying process much easier and I would recommend him to anyone looking to finance a home!

We kept getting calls from our mortgage company that our payment was late. After calling and texting them for two weeks I finally got a call back. They told us the new mortgage did not go through. And they would not repay our 800. They said they would send me a visa card with 400 on it and send a check for the late charge.
