Great delivery, price, and service. Very friendly. Use them every year for mulch and have used them for sod.

I guess it had been a bit since I went because the store is just plants now. After I hauled my two large bushes from the parking lot into the store the cashier (Kymmia) was not very friendly and seemed put out to have to ring up my purchases. When I asked where all the beautiful items went and why it is all plant related on the inside she said she would have been out of business if she'd kept that stuff. That store was special because of 'that stuff'. I thought this woman's attitude was poor. If she was the owner then shame on her for treating customers so rudely. I bought two bushes and spent $72.40. I was told both bushes needed full sun. Both bushes were wilted and half dead within two weeks after planting even with daily watering. A month after purchase one bush is now totally dead. I called the store to see if they guarantee their plants and was told a flat out no. The bush didn't even last a month! I will never go to that store again. Bad customer service and bad plants. If you cannot treat customers with respect and guarantee your product then you do not deserve my business. I guess the old saying buyer beware refers to The Landscape Connection.

I rather go elsewhere where I'm treated with respect and appreciation. I bought a family member a gift and I didn't tell them to plug it in to see if it worked when I purchased it because I was in a lot of pain. I suffer from a chronic pain disability, especially in the colder months. Later that evening I was going to wrap the gift but discovered the extension cord didn't fit the base. Both the base and cord were very dusty and the cord was all twisted and it looked like it had been used. I remembered I had bought my son that's in the military a coaster a few weeks back and I took it out and unwrapped it. It was chipped on one corner. I called them and left them a voicemail of what the issue was. The next day I was not greeted when I entered the store. I told them the issues and they were very snotty and rude. No apologies!! One lady even left me talking to myself and she walked away. I ended exchanging the coaster and returning everything else. If I'm going to buy something I expect it to work and to be new. I find that very unacceptable!!

Meh. There is a very tall young man with reddish/strawberry-blondish hair who seems knowledgeable…read moreand is super helpful - if you go, try to get him to help. The man (older, middle-aged) who helped me has no apparent gardening knowledge. Any time I ask him a question, his responses are along the lines of "that should be okay", or "I've seen that". Really?! He does not instill confidence at all. My next concern is that he changed the price on the tree I chose. On my 1st visit he was not sure of the price so he double-checked, and that extra step and discussion made the price very clear to me, and I still wrote it down so I would remember. Apparently, when he went back to the office (where the customer cannot see what he's doing), he wrote it up for $20 more than he quoted me. When I came back to get my tree, he told me it was $20 more than he quoted me before. Of course he offered to cancel my purchase, but I had already invested in the cost of renting a truck, so canceling and buying elsewhere would have cost even more. Unfortunately, they have been the only nursery I have found in the area that sells fruit trees so I have to go back (ugh!) and when I do, I will certainly make them provide me the agreed upon price in writing. Also, I will try to get help from the nice young man instead of the older man who clearly can't be trusted. Buyer beware. The only additional thing I will buy will be my fruit trees. I'll find another nursery for the rest of my landscaping.
