I reported this to Ack Ack and after a review I was told the tree looked fine, this after most of the leaves had fallen. An Illinois office of Agriculture saw the leaves and determined it was apple scab and I received a diseased tree. I was told nothing would be done and to wait until next year.It would probably recover if I sprayed it several times. Again I was told that the tree looked fine. I would caution any buyer to avoid rhis vendor. If the tree is healthy all is okay, but if you have a problem, they do not respond to help or replace diseased items. I can only give Ack Ack one star. Buyer beware.

If it grows in soil, they probably have it. Trees? Check. Bushes? Check. Mysterious plants I couldn't identify but still bought because they looked cool? Double check. This year's hanging baskets are so outrageously colorful, they look like fireworks went off in a flower shop. I hung a few on my deck, and now my neighbors think I hired a professional landscaper or joined a gardening cult. (Maybe both.) I also built a custom planter box (Pinterest, don't fail me now) and needed something show-stopping. Enter: petunias. The Black Mamba and Mayan Sunset petunias are basically floral drama queens in the best possible way. Everything I bought here has outperformed my usual big box store plants, which tend to give up on life the moment I walk away. Even the vegetable starts are thriving like they're auditioning for a salad commercial. Meanwhile, the seeds I got from a chain store are still contemplating germination. No rush, guys. Prices are totally fair, and the staff actually knows what they're talking about, which is refreshing. I'll definitely be back -- probably with even less self control and the desire to fill more planter boxes. And maybe they can help me get a green lawn as well.

What a surprise to be so mistreated as a 1st time caller and 1st time potential customer. Chuck is the absolute RUDEST "business" person I have ever encountered and that's saying something is today's customer "service" environment. I called Tussings for the 1st time ever today and am appalled at his behavior. I simply was inquiring about tile as I had been referred there. He had such a rotten attitude. He asked me to text him 4 times despite being told 4 times that I didn't text. He even then asked me if I had a cell phone as if I was lying. I asked him if I could give him the number of the tile I was trying to match and he said NO! I then asked him if he had Internet access so as to look the tile up. He refused. When I asked for the owner, he refused to tell me who it was. Then I asked to speak to a manager and he once again refused. I raised my voice because he was mistreating me for no reason, despite being told that I was a first-time caller. He hung up on me.
