Yes please!!! Parking is easy. Selection is vast! Service was nice! Prices were actually great! (Most places I've encountered have overpriced plants that are slightly less than healthy.) I'm still going to sequester for 2wks just to be safe. There's also a boutique part of this place, but I didn't look or go into that area other than to use the public restroom. I love this gift shop and green house. I agree that the staff was shocking cold the first couple of years I shopped there and I wondered why they acted like they didn't even like me. But something has changed. The gentleman who works there goes out of his way to help and make your gift selections special in presentation. Spent the extra money to get the best and doesn't even look like the good. What a waste of money should have stayed with the cheaper one and saved 20 dollars but still would have been disappointed. Great selection of annuals and perennials that are well cared for, and cute garden decor. If your fairy garden needs updating, they have the latest and greatest accessories for that as well. During all seasons, they also have a large and varied selection of home and gift items (candles, jewelry, home fragrances, kitchen items and more) and are a full florist. Only drawback in my years of shopping for a majority of my plants here, is that during busy times they dont often have a lot of staff available to answer questions. However, being a family owned business, the staff they do have is extremely knowledgable and helpful. Great prices on small trees and shrubs as well. Bought a rain gauge and the tube broke. Good customer service would dictate that they say" we can call the company and order the replacement tube for you and call you when it comes in." But I guess they just don't stand behind their products. They told me try Amazon. I called rockvalley nursery and they had the tubes I needed. My husband ordered me what was pictured to be a beautiful bokay for valentine's day and our anniversary. He asked to have it sent to me at work. When I received it I opened it. I was immediately disappointed. It had very poor quality to the flowers. They were wilted and some of them had brown on the edges. It looks like some of the flowers were crammed in there. There was approximately 15 red carnations (and I don't like red and my husband knows this , so imagine my shock ) and it has 6 pink roses ( which one of them was broken and dangling) and it has 6 lily's that the edges are wilted. The bokay looks like it's a week old and the colors are terriable together. We called pepper creek and I explained to the manager everything I have said above and I said I am ve t y disappointed I'm this bokay. The manager offered me a replacement and I said I don't want one. She then said well let us make you up another one. I said agian I don't want another one. She then changed and said n let's wait until Monday and see if the lily's open up and see if you nm like it better. I explained that I don't like it now I am not going yo like it on monday. The Manger said just call back on monday. Very poor quality of flowers. Very very poor customer service. This is my anniversary and no regard for that. Horrible experience I will never ever buy flowers there again. We paid 70 00 dollars for what I could have gotten at walgreens cheaper.
