Lombardo is a great builder, however, they need to remain observant of their staff and the reflection they have on the business. I attached how nasty she was in emails for reference. Also, her sales manager never contacted me and addressed the issue despite calling them. Prior to closing, I wanted to have an inspector inspect the house, she spoke to me on the phone and told me that their are no such thing as an inspector with proper qualifications to inspect my home. Then when I had issues with the flooring, she said "as long as the structural are good we can close". They rushed the closing charged us 500 for not closing on time, and then after closing, took them 8 months to repair my kitchen floor.then my shingles were bubbling, in which I reached out; They repaired them immediately but I was met with "they are done right its an aesthetic flaw." uhm what? My shingles bubbling because they are not played correctly is not aesthetic. Now my basement has been leaking and we are going on a year in Feb 2025; they have yet to diagnose the leak source or address it. When I submitted complaints regarding my kitchen floor lifting she told me it was an aesthetic issue, lol my under a month home having a vynil floor completely lifting is aesthetic lol. Then they had a construction crew working on a sidewalk next to my home in which they used my house, my water source, and my property to complete a public side walk that has nothing to do with me. Next time I buy a home, and I meet anyone Like Merry Stefan, I'm running for the hills. Unprofessional, nasty, and doesn't care about her clients interest. Oh might I add she attempted to tell us we are not allowed to use an agent of our choosing to buy the house so she can make a larger percentage of the profit. Outright nasty.

They use very low quality builder grade material even if you pay for 'upgraded' choices. I can't actually think of one single neighbor who hasn't had big $ issues with their homes. Drive through the newer phases and look for yourself at how bad the roads and driveways look for brand new homes. And good luck with getting anything fixed through your one-year warranty because any time one of MJC's contractors comes out to 'fix' something, they somehow make the problem even worse. Take your money and run to another builder. I would never recommend MJC to anyone ever. We had been warned ourselves and wished we had listened.

I even had a Project Manager from MJC come out and take a look, he quoted, "do not park on that side of the driveway." Even having a $500k home and being told to not park in the driveway is a RED FLAD COMPANY! I have even showed up to their office, and was disgusted by the way Barb spoke with me and my father. She was so speechless because they know exactly what they are doing with these driveways, as she said multiple people reach out about their driveways! Mine by far is the worst in Monarch.     I signed a lease in mid August. My landlords girlfriend stated she has power of attorney over the…read moreproperties (as stated via electronic communication). The landlord (also her boyfriend and a police officer) All but one conversation has taken place electronically. I was told the water was safe to drink via tap. I called the city and this address has never been tested. Electrical is being ran by unlicensed persons. There are several leaks throughout the house including the basement. The number smoke alarms in in violation of code. The girlfriend has threatened me twice now that she was going file court papers and them my address will be public record. She said that knowing I have a fear of the PPO respondents discovering my current address. She called my daughter retarded. My son and I have been diagnosed with Autism and my daughter is also on disability. The landlord has not been issued any license to rent property. According to the city, there have been no inspections of any kind (except the checking of one outlet) on this home. The timing of when the electrician came and my texts with the landlord are correlative. The basement has an oder that reminds me of something nasty growing somewhere. I think you may find the electronic communication will speak for itself. The landlords are stating they are willing to give us all of our money back and an extra $400 if we leave. They said it's illegal to live here because it hasn't been inspected yet. I have seen no documents indicating stating anything we are doing is illegal. If it isn't written, it didn't happen. I want everything in writing. I have a central auditory processing disorder and I am a lip reader. Reading is what I require for processing. I do not drive due to stress induced seizures. In addition to reclaiming the money already collected by the landlord I also want them to provide my family an expense free move. It has also been stated we have 14 days to move out. Again, I have seen no documents with this request from the landlord. He said some of his tenants feel safer having a cop for a landlord. I have just learned as of today, we are his first tenants and it is my belief we are his only tenants. It's clear in the communication the the landlords became angry and asked us to move out directly correlates with my contacting them about safety concerns. Police Officers are considered to be role models. it is also my belief that my landlord abused his position as a police officer to look up my family. He is paid to uphold the law but yet breaking laws himself. He and is girlfriend are both licensed with LARA as real estate agents. He purchased this home in June of this year.
