Once we picked up the vehicle, within 2 hours my son was driving down the interstate and the molding around the front passenger tire started coming off and flew around and hit the front of the vehicle causing damage to the hood, grill and lights. It also pulled the right panel when the molding came off. Montgomery Auto won't stand behind their work and take ownership for the damages claiming my son must have run over something. We have paid the deductible and my insurance company paid them. Now we have to take the vehicle to another body shop to fix the damage Montgomery Paint and Body caused with their botched work. That's another deductible and rental car fees to pay AGAIN!

That was very rude, and I spoke to Ashley who stated she didn't think he was being rude, but ma'am you were not in the conversation. We do not need the insurance to pay anything, because the city is paying for it. The entire time I was given excuses instead of progress -- workers were sick, they only had one painter, etc. Meanwhile, my car just sat there. Despite having my vehicle for over a month, they didn't even bother to coordinate a windshield replacement while it was already in their possession. Completely unacceptable. To top it off, the Friday before a major holiday, they called me at around 4:00 PM to say my car was ready and that they closed at 5:00 PM. Very unprofessional. When I picked it up, the car hadn't even been detailed. This place lacks organization, accountability, and basic customer service. I am totally dissatisfied and would never use Caliber Collision again. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I took it back twice the second time Griffin made an excuse and said that it was not covered by the warranty because of the scrapes at the bottom of the spoiler caused by Crusher run driveway. I am in the minority in believing that a truck is a truck and should be taken in the woods and used as a truck. But that was a little too bad of a ding, okay I'll admit it was a great big ole dent. All the chevy folks say that you can't fix damage to these aluminium bodies, but Auto Color Tech sure proved them wrong. I can't tell there there was ever a dent there. Great job
