Worst auto repair place I've ever used. I got multiple calls and text messages about when my car would be ready which was a week longer than what I was told at drop off. Then the messages stopped, so I called to make sure my car would be ready. Only after I called was I told it would be a week longer because of a defective part. Then I called at the end of that week because I had heard nothing from them again. Then they stated it was actually that the wrong parts were ordered and it would be another week. I was finally told on Tuesday of the next week that my car would be ready by the end of day Wednesday. Big surprise, it wasn't! Then they said it would be ready by 10:00 the next morning. I called at 10, and then they said 12. I showed up at 12:00, and they wouldn't let me have my car. I was told it would be 1:00, then 1:30 in the same conversation. I still don't have my car after 6 weeks, and all it needed was a bumper and hood!! Also, their original estimate was $4,000 less than what they charged me. I tried this place because the amazing place I usually use was booked till June because they do great work. Just needed to get someone to take a quick look at my cars damage to get me an estimate of the cost, was not looking to get fixed, and was denied someone to take 1 minute out of their day when there were multiple people in office just sitting on their computer. read more

I have used this business twice now. My insurance, State Farm, recommends this business to repair outside damage to your car. You have to make an appointment for an estimate. You cannot just walk in off the street and wait to get an estimate. Usually you have to wait at least a week for your estimate appointment. After you receive your estimate, you then have to make your appointment to have them fix your car, if you like their estimate. The first time I used them, I had been hit from behind (hit and run!). They repair job was fine, but they put the wrong numbers back on my car. I drive a C230 Kompressor Mercedes, and they put some other numbers back on my car. It took about 3 weeks after I got my car back for them to receive my correct numbers and put them back on my car. The second time I used them was a couple of years after the first time, a woman hit my front driver's side tire area. I took my car in to be repaired on a Wednesday. They told me it would definitely be ready by that Friday. I called Friday morning to see if my car would be ready that day, they said to call back around 1:00. The guy said he would call me back, but that I had better call because he would never remember to do it...ok. So, I called at 1:00 and he said it looked like it was going to be Monday before my car would be ready. I said ok, but I need to know now because I have a rental car that I need to return before I can pick my car up. Although my rental car is paid for, I always pay for extra insurance coverage, and I really didn't want to pay for that if my car was going to be ready. I called back at 4:00 and the guy said my car would DEFINITELY not be ready until Friday. Ok, that's fine....until I receive a phone call at 4:45 that my car is ready. What? How did you not know that my car would be ready 45 minutes ago?! Now, I have to make a mad dash to the rental car place and return my car before 5:00 because they close at 5:00! I return my car, the rental car place drives me to Joe Hudson's and they are waiting on me because they also close at 5:00. I pick up my car, everything seems fine and as I am walking out, the guy is walking out with me because they are closed, running to his car. The next day, I am driving my car and I hear a scraping sound on my tire. My husband looked under my car and discovered that they hadn't secured the front splash guard under my car correctly and he had to fix it. I guess they were in too big of a hurry to go home that Friday! Otherwise, yes, I would probably use them again. Location is close to my house which is a plus. read more

Great experience! First time ever having to do anything like this and they made it very easy!

I had to wait 5 weeks for the appointment to make the repairs after I received my estimate. When I showed up for the date that they gave me they did not have any record of the appointment or even the estimate they gave me luckily I had a copy but decided to take my business elsewhere. Most disappointing is that they were not helpful at all and did not even offer an an apology. read more

Do not send your car here! I chose this body shop because they looked like one of the best. I was so wrong! My truck is in the middle of getting fixed here There is no communication from them at all. The production manager assured me that they do "what the Insurance company tells them to" I waited a few weeks to get the estimate because they were a "little backed up" and It went down hill from there on. I chose them because they had such a positive statement on their site that said "We believe our customers come first, and great service is something our customers deserve. NOT TRUE!
