Overall the job was done well, however we had several issues with them. They mark all the damage on your car that is not being fixed-dents and dings that were already there- so that they only fix the damage they're supposed to. We got my car back and I immediately noticed a scrape that was not there before. They argued that it was an old scrape, but it was not. They fixed it anyway, but claimed the whole time that it was there before. It was not on their list of prior damage and I have a recent picture of my car with no scrape. It bothered me that they insisted that they didn't do it when I am positive they did. Before taking my car back I also noticed that not everything was fixed that was supposed to be fixed. This caused me to be without my car for an extra week while they fixed it. They text you updates on your car throughout the process. All four texts I received from them said my car was being painted.. so I doubt the text service is very accurate. read more

I have used Joe Hudson's collision center approx. Be 3 times in the last 5 years. I find them to be very helpful and very understanding. They pay attention to detail and make sure that every facet of your repair and painting is perfect. When you receive your car or truck back they take you and walk around it..pointing out areas 9where painting and repair work was done. You look at tje repairs as well to see if you're satisfied with the work and quality of repairs. The lady who takes care of the paperwork and receives collections for the work done...is very helpful and knowledgeable as well She makes it very easy karma taking care of all the paperwork and making sure that the injsurance companies are advised as to the sthatus of your vehicle... I always refer people there when they have an accident or a repair needed as I'm sure they will always be treated right. I'd give the collision center 5 stars. read more

I was originally was told that the repairs would take 4-5 days, but received my car on day 13. This cost extra for insurance on the rental car. Other than that, all was fine. Very happy with the service. read more
